The online customer portal is also an added advantage because it enables clients to review jobs submitted and even agree to estimates on line. **What do you dislike about Jobfolio?** I get the impression that the reporting features in Jobfolio are quite limited. Lack of identification of crew contributors performance and measuring of the project profitability per material cost put a challenge in the identification of the changes to be made. **What problems is Jobfolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jobfolio has helped make my day easier because I do not have to use different platforms to manage different jobs.
