I use JobDiva for sourcing candidates based on job requirements from direct clients. I like the JobDiva search screen in the first step because it allows us to use our Boolean strings to get profiles with a lot of filters for faster, relevant displays. The special feature in JobDiva that stands out to me includes the search options for locations, miles, and the word mapping option which ensures we get relevant profiles. When logging into JobDiva, everything is clearly mentioned, like jobs our organization posts and talent searches, making it fast and good for initial setup. I mostly use JobDiva for sourcing and managing candidate information and our hired candidate database. It does a great job and makes my work easier. I really like the automated timely reports feature in JobDiva that sends reports to users once we set up the BI Scheduler. I also appreciate that we can directly reach out via email, text, or call through JobDiva. The BI Dashboards, Performance Monitoring, Financial Visibility, VMS Sync Reports, DivaReach, DivaMatch, DivaBuzz, Automated Candidate Marketing, and Unified CRM Integration are also very useful. The integration with client job portals means I can work directly in JobDiva throughout the day. The job details are all there, and the candidate pool is there as well.
