I use it every day and love the ease of it. **What do you dislike about JobBOSS²?** Not much - I love it. I never have issues with it. **Recommendations to others considering JobBOSS²:** It is a great tool & I love the ease of use. We had another system for a bit and all wanted to go back to JobBoss **What problems is JobBOSS² solving and how is that benefiting you?** We utilize it for all our quotes, maintaining records on parts and our customer info. ### 2. I have dealt with considerably worse systems. Once the users get used to it, they are able to function in it without too much intervention. **What do you dislike about JobBOSS²?** hard coded non-complex passwords that can't be changed. Data breach waiting to happen. Poor support. Outdated interface. Does not play well in a cloud enviroment or over a VPN due to SQL structure. **What problems is JobBOSS² solving and how is that benefiting you?** Std ERP stuff. ### 4. Looks like it was built off a access DB. **Recommendations to others considering JobBOSS²:** If money is tight, the program will work. But this should not be your #1 choice. **What problems is JobBOSS² solving and how is that benefiting you?** It cheap and technically gets the job done. ### 5. From order entry, shipping, packlists, invoicing, PO's and materials. **What do you dislike about JobBOSS²?** There are some glitches, sometimes you have to manually adjust things. For example, when you receive in materials, the PO should automatically close the line items, and then when you invoice it should close out the PO. Often times , it will not. **What problems is JobBOSS² solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a one program fits everything, so at any point communication is open between departments because everything is connected and detailed. ### 6. I can see and run my shop from anywhere with the cloud base **What do you dislike about JobBOSS²?** Setup is tiresome and training and learning took longer then expected. **Recommendations to others considering JobBOSS²:** Plan on some time for implementation and training. **What problems is JobBOSS² solving and how is that benefiting you?** From a manual environment to a state of the art shop.
