**What do you like best about Jobber?**

As a small business owner, I wear a lot of hats—and before Jobber, I was dropping them all. Scheduling, invoicing, client follow-ups… it was a mess. Jobber changed the game. The platform is intuitive, clean, and packed with features that actually save me time.

Clients love the automated reminders, and I love how easy it is to send quotes and get paid. The mobile app is a lifesaver for my crew. They can upload photos when they're done with each job. Since switching to Jobber, I’ve seen faster payments, fewer scheduling conflicts, and way less stress.

If you're running a service business and want to look more professional while staying organized, Jobber is 100% worth it.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The only downside, I wish I didn't have to pay extra to remind clients for Google reviews. Other than that, we are satisfied because the Jobber team listens to requests and eventually implements those changes to make the platform work better for you.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling correctly, no more double booking or missing any clients. Also better follow up on quotes sent.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I love how Jobber is a one-stop app that addresses most of my business needs, like scheduling, marketing, payments, quoting, and CRM. The setup, although initially time-consuming, was rewarding as I was able to optimize it to my needs. My clients and I appreciate the streamlined process it brings, making the payment and scheduling hassle-free. The continuous innovation at Jobber, like the marketing suite and AI receptionist, allows me to modernize with ease, enhancing communication and efficiency. Using the marketing suite helps me stay in touch with clients and manage seasonal offers, while the AI receptionist manages calls, freeing up time by handling fluctuating call volumes adeptly.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I would like for the marketing campaign to allow text messages to people. I think that form of communication usually drives a bit more traffic as more people are keen on looking at a text versus an email.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Jobber solves organizational challenges, integrating marketing, payments, quoting, scheduling, and CRM. The AI receptionist handles call fluctuations, saving me time. Clients and I enjoy its streamlined ease, making business operations simpler and more effective.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber is an incredible CRM software that has helped streamline my day-to-day workflow. The thing I like best is the All-In-One aspect. You don’t need additional software.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I don’t like that you cannot manually enter measurements I.e feet, square feet, linear feet for unit pricing. 

The online booking tool doesn’t allow my customers to enter in specific square footage of their house to get a scalable price. I believe it has + and - buttons and my customer isn’t going to click a button 1500 times to enter the square footage of their home.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber has solved the speed to lead problem. Just being the first to call and quote has won my business 100-‘s of leads over the competition. 

The email marketing suite has provided me with the ability to reconnect with clients throughout the year to make them into repeat customers.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Loved jobber since the first time I saw it. Easy to use, great functionality that all makes sense. Its very intentional but also intuitive. Always left impressed. Their recent addition od the AI receptionist has been a game changer!

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Still having to use other software for mileage and expense tracking. The app doesn't show tasks or give you access to AI receptionist calls. I appreciate the simplicity of the app but its a little on the thing side where I would rather have it include a few additional things like the webpage.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its answering phone calls and capturing leads, which saves me time. It also keeps track of our work flow so we know when we have missed or fallen behind on a detail with a customer. This helps us with overall quality and efficiency.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Great system starting out. Customer service always available. Keeps track of basic employee info. I was able to easily walk into using jobber when I started for this company. Many training questions are answered on the website. Creating quotes is simple.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Not based in our industry so finer details that could help are not available.Customer service has been unable to help due to limitations on the system.  The employee info it keeps track of is very basic. For instance I can not mark employees out for vacation on the schedule. You can not change a property address once it’s on a request.  So if a client has multiple properties and you initially choose the wrong one you have to start completely over with a new request.  Depending on the stage of a request they can get lost easily.I would prefer they stay together until quote sent.  How notes attach and are viewed is complicated.  Once a job is scheduled if incomplete it goes to never never land.  There is no place that keeps track of jobs needing rescheduling.   No place for subcontractors. Reports for marketing pull according to time frame. Not according to job lead. For instance if I had a job on the books, sent an email campaign, and scheduled the job… the report would include that job which had nothing to do with the email campaign.

Jobber allows me to schedule and maintains my client database.

The integration capabilities are quite good.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The platform only tracks the last attribution source and doesn't let us identify the original source that led to that attribution, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok. To work around this limitation, we've had to come up with creative solutions using their API integration, which is something we appreciate.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform enables me to dive deep into what aspects of our marketing are effective and which ones need improvement. As the CMO, I focus exclusively on using it for marketing and sales purposes.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

The best thing about jobber is that the process from sale to invoicing is all in one program. This makes it extremely streamlined and transparent for all office employees, employees on the road, as well as for the clients. Everything can be easily traced back. It is also easy to intergrate with several other programs. Customer support is well done, and we usually have a reply within a few minutes. As we use this program daily, we are looking for a program well worth the money, which we have found with jobber

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Sometimes Jobber can use small new updates such as invoicing for multiple jobs on phone. Phone use is good, but still limited. I'd like to see this improved, that being said, Jobber is continually improving so I am sure this will come soon!

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cleaning is a lot on the road, and time tracking can be done off of all employees phones which makes it easy. Also, as everything from start to finish is in one system, miscommunication between clients, employees, and management is very rare.

Jobber has proven to be an incredibly effective tool for our operations. Once we became familiar with the interface, we found it very intuitive and easy to navigate. We've customized it to suit our internal processes by creating job numbers to track time against company tasks, which has greatly improved accountability and reporting. The reporting features in Jobber allow us to regularly analyze our business performance, helping us make informed decisions that have positively impacted our efficiency and overall profitability.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

When we first started using Jobber, it was primarily geared toward lawn care and maintenance services. Since then, we’ve seen meaningful improvements that have broadened its usability for a wider range of service-based businesses like ours. That said, there’s still room for growth—features such as asset management at the property level (rather than by client) would be a valuable enhancement. Additionally, the forms functionality could benefit from more dynamic content options and greater customization to reflect individual company branding. Despite these areas for improvement, Jobber remains an outstanding platform that continues to support and streamline our operations.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling was one of our biggest challenges—working in the service industry means dealing with a constantly evolving schedule, with moving parts that need to be adjusted on the fly to meet client needs. Jobber has turned this into one of our greatest strengths. The scheduling interface is incredibly powerful, allowing us to manage, monitor, and adjust the schedule from a single screen while keeping our technicians updated in real time. Additionally, the quoting, job creation, and invoicing processes are seamless and well-integrated. While it would be helpful to have the ability to archive at the job stage, this is a minor limitation we've easily worked around.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber helps automate our schedule - which is quite busy.  I love the professional quoting, followups and email/text reminders.  Customer service is great - even the AI CS  has been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

All CRM's aren't created equal, and there is always going to be something aout a CRM that doesn't exactly fit your companies needs.  Jobber is as close as it gets.  I'd like to see batch invoicing, batch deleting of old jobs, and better reports when it comes to comparing last years numbers.  Being able to separate out our recurring, one-time and seasonal work is ok with the tag system, but I still have to go to each clients account and manually type in a tag.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our schedule straight, streamlining quotes and invoicing.  Auto pay options for payments.  Credit card fees are high everywhere, so no getting around those, but clients love the option to pay online.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I like how it's mostly a one-stop shop. I can have clients request things, and I can quote. Invoicing, takes payments, automatic payments, schedules jobs, tracks staff hours, etc. It's easy to use.  I can see the financial reports.  I'd say the fee is reasonable for what you get.  We switched from square invoicing and other apps to this one app since it had everything. Built in.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I'm pretty content with it.  I'd love for it to be cheaper.  But it is a fair price.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of clients ' information, follow up.  As well as quotes, etc.

When multiple users are logged in and open messages, the texts become visible to everyone. This sometimes leads to missed communications. Additionally, we often receive numerous false leads generated by bots.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I find the search tool extremely useful. It allows me to enter any keyword and find exactly what I'm looking for, which streamlines my process of searching for positions.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I found the setup process to be somewhat challenging, particularly towards the end. It was not clear from the beginning that there was a payment required to apply for jobs, which was an unwelcome surprise. Everything is in one place. I love how it can sync with my Google calendar and automatically send request for reviews. The dashboard metrics are a huge plus. My business analyst Alejandra is wonderful.

There is not a way to go down a list of holidays and change your hours or close for them you have to manually go into the calendar and set an event. My personal calendar does not sync with Jobber's (only Jobber to personal Google calendar) so if I am out of office it doesn't automatically update in Jobber. Also the AI receptionist does not automatically turn on when your business is closed based on your hours listed.

I used to use Access database now I can change things on the fly and take notes that the client gets emailed after the job closes.

Love the interface, how user friendly it is. It has so many features to be able to run a service based business that it makes the "back end" work almost effortless! I actually enjoy logging on to Jobber and going through workflows, sending quotes or checking the  marketing insights!

I wish there was a way whenever you send an invoice and if a customer pays through credit card, for am automatic processing fee to be applied. Thats probably my only complaint!

There are no significant issues I dislike.  There are several small features I would prefer another way but with their regular updates they are constantly improving them and many of the issues I had have already been resolved.

Automating the reminder process for invoices and quotes helps keep things on track while I focus on getting jobs done.  I also like the advanced quoting that allows for much more information and a professional look when sending to prospective new clients.  I also use the AI proofreading feature on job notes so that I always come across looking professional.

I used to have to use 3 apps. I had my calendar, notes, and quickbooks. I also had to send a contract. Jobber allows me to do all of that in one program. I book on site assessments, send estimates, have my contract in every estimate, customer approves and signs the estimate online, I book the job, invoice, and accept payments through jobber. Then Jobber sends a link to review my business once I collect payment.

Jobber has been a game-changer for our business. What stands out most is how user-friendly and efficient the platform is for both office staff and field technicians. From job scheduling to invoicing, Jobber helps streamline our daily operations and reduces the chance of errors or missed details.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

While Jobber offers many useful features that help keep our business organized, there are a few areas where the platform falls short for our workflow.

One of the biggest issues is the lack of a change order function. When project scopes evolve—as they often do—we’re forced to create new jobs or invoices to reflect those changes, rather than simply modifying the existing job. This creates extra steps and clutters the job history.

Another challenge is that we often need to generate multiple invoices for the same job, especially in multi-phase projects. Jobber doesn’t currently offer a clean way to combine billing under one umbrella, which makes client invoicing and recordkeeping more complicated than it should be.

Additionally, while Jobber links pictures and notes to individual jobs, it does not allow those records to carry over to the client’s main profile. This means that important visual documentation and technician notes are buried in past job files, making it harder for future techs or repeat visits to reference previous work without digging.

As a newer company, I was able to streamline operations and optimize my procedures quickly and easily with Jobber as the backbone of my information systems. Between integrations, quoting, invoicing and so on being so easy to use in the field and at the office, I was able to focus on other aspects to grow my business.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Unfortunately it isn't optimized for HVAC companies that use maintenance agreements (service contracts) without some form of work around that complicated things. They would find themselves in a much more marketable position against the big guys like HCP and ST if the implemented some solution to this. Bonus points if it ends up being as seamless as their other features.

I went to Jobber to streamline my operations from inception. As I grew and the needs of my company grew I opted for more features. This allows me, as well as others to grow with their subscription and not into it.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber has been an amazing addition to our company and has helped us scale from 1 crew last year to 2 this spring (doubling our employees, sales, schedule, and everything else). It cuts way down on my time for all the administrative tasks from quoting to billing to asking customers for reviews! Total game changer, and worth every penny!!! I've reached out to customer service a few times, and each time has been great. All of our employees love it and use it on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Nothing really, it has been great. I would like to figure out how to integrate our time sheets with our payroll partner, but haven't gotten the change to reach out to support on this yet. No complaints.

Cuts down on admin tasks, eases communication between myself and employees, makes our appearance to customers very organized and professional.

Jobber truly changed my business when I first started using it in September of 2017. My first CRM I ever used for lawn and landscape business and it has evolved so much for the better.

I think there is some job costing aspects that can be done better as well as more cost driven bases that can be built into the software.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber is very easy to use. It requires minimal training for our office and field staff to be comfortable with. It's very flexible. It has so many automated options the alleviate additional work for our employees. Best of all It has increased our accounts receivable significantly.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The only real downside is if a technician is in an area with low data signal we cannot save signatures. This is to be expected with a cloud based system though.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to track our jobs, employees, and accounts much more efficiently. It gives our employees the ability to price jobs on their own in the field easier.

That it was constantly evolving. Now it has almost too much customization.

It causes way too much digital attachment and the tracking and functionality is almost in the way of us being hands on.

It solved paper time sheets and had integration with Quickbooks Online for us. Helped documentation required due to the possibility of us being audited.

Quotes looking professional and the contract and followups. All the customers say its very easy to use. I also like that the map for the day for route optimization is amazing also being able to just click the home and go right to the address is amazing! The quote templates are also a huge time savings.

Not much. So far it handles everything I need for my day to day!

Followups with quotes since I am short handed it saves me from calling everyone for a gutter cleaning.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

It is a straight forward platform that allows us to quickly add clients and properties. We use it for all of our scheduling daily. It also integrates directly into our Quickbooks. We process all of our payment operations through Jobber, and send all of our quotes there as well. When we transitioned to Jobber years ago the process was fairly simple, and the support team was able to guide us through any steps we needed help with.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

We do not see any significant drawbacks to using Jobber. We are routinely approached about other FSM's on the market, and prefer to remain with jobber.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber simplifies our processes from start to finish. Our entire work flow from initial visit, to quotes, to job completion is in Jobber. It is easy to keep all of our scheduling, tasks, and information flow in one place.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber allows me essentially set business on auto pilot. Once the call is booked everything is handled automatically with parameters I set. 

Tedious tasks like booking confirmations and reminders or follow ups are a breeze with the automated systems put in place!

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

My only dislike is not being able to pick and choose add ons essential to my company as opposed to larger plans where I may not need all aspects

I used to use text messaging and google calendar to schedule my jobs. Jobber has made it simple and easy to manage a staff of 3 people now

The most helpful features of Jobber for us are it's reminders and ability to stay in contact with our customers.

Nothing that comes to mind.  I like the constant upgrades.

Staying in contact with our customers through reminders.  I do wish I could send customer reminders for peoples next service.  
The problem is that if a customer schedules services before the next reminder of service.. what happens to that reminder..
if there was a reminder..  would it auto adjust or give the option to reset the date of the next reminder?
