**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I use Jobber to run my cleaning business and I find the navigation to be straightforward. It allows me to stay on top of ever-changing schedules. The easy navigation is definitely a plus because my business involves constant schedule changes and it would be frustrating if it were difficult to use. Also, the initial setup of Jobber was excellent.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The app could contain more of the same features that the web-based interface contains. The web app is not full-featured enough, lacking things like client records and invoices.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobber to streamline scheduling, invoicing, billing, and customer information, which keeps my cleaning business running smoothly. The straightforward navigation is a plus, especially when dealing with frequent schedule changes.

This makes customer tracking, invoicing, and marketing so much easier by keeping everything in one place. I also like having the revenue data available there, since it helps me stay on top of how things are going.

Its a one stop shop CRM. I can manage the customer lifecycle from one platform

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Barriers to billing when client is recurring and the job is marked as completed on mobile app but does not allow individual billing for that customer it tries to cancel all visits and on the desktop you have yo uncomplete the job. This is double handling.

Its managing all aspects of the customer flow and this is helping me to streamline customer lifecycle.

Jobber has helped us organize our day to day schedule and operations so much, increasing our efficiency tenfold. We haven’t even scratched the surface of using all of the available features and we already have benefited so much. Their support is also top notch.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

There are a lot of features that we pay for but don’t necessarily utilize. Some of that is our choice, to be fair they always offer help setting new features up, but it’s almost more robust than what we need.

Scheduling, automations, invoicing, customer management, time cards, all making us much more efficient and freeing up time to be spent elsewhere

Linking between QuickBooks and Jobber can have some issues.

Estimating - I would like it to be segments where we could only show totals of items we are proposing without showing prices of single items.

Jobber is easy to use, and the scheduling is easy to understand. Color coating jobs make figuring out where my teams are very simple. Customer service is very responsive and extremely helpful. I use Jobber on the daily for both of my companies, it was so easy to implement and intergrate Jobber into our company.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I would like it if you could customize the emails more in Jobber, by having a signature already added or being able to add attachments to pre-made emails.

I needed a CRM that could send estimates, keep track of client communication, allow financing, and help with scheduling my teams. Jobber easily helps with all of that.

I like how well Jobber is laid out and all its unique features. The app has a great layout and really keeps me organized.

I would like to be able to turn off credit card payments for some jobs as some businesses still work with checks. In QuickBooks, you can turn this feature off when needed. This would be a huge improvement. It was hard to understand what was going on in the background with all the automation.

I like Jobber's functionality, especially being able to upload videos and pictures to client profiles. This feature is really helpful as it shows clients the before and after, which helps build credibility.

The price is very high, and it gets even higher if you want more features for your business. I also don't understand why it bills in USD instead of CAD. While the initial setup is very easy, it has trouble syncing.

It would be helpful to be able to send multiple auto texts to clients. Also would be helpful to have different types of texts/emails to clients based on the type of job selected.

We really like the work flow of Jobber. It has helped us streamline and model our systems and processes after the jobber structure. Over the last 5 or so years we have been using jobber, there have been great updates, so you can tell they really listen and accept feedback to help those of us relying on it everyday to deliver a great customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I wish jobber had a better way to handle video and photo uploads for jobs internally, rather than in the notes section or a third party app like company cam. Overhead becomes very expensive at that point. We find ourselves utilizing google drive to upload Project Management Videos for jobs and using the notes for crews to show progress. It's ok, but not the most ideal, we would love to do it all in one platform.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber helps to keep things consistent across our many users. We have several managers, many designers, and a few crews that all use jobber on a daily basis. So being consistent is key. 
It also helps us to maintain the client for years. Through the notes feature, we can keep track of any issues, updates, resolutions, and progress through photos and written documentation.
A big plus recently, was the addition of the documents attachment for estimate templates. This was huge. I think another great update would be some form of a Docusign on individual documents to help speed up contract signing. Again, keeping it all in one place would be a dream come true.

Jobber has alot of features that were missing from our previous platform that we really like.  Those features include job costing, email marketing, time tracking, and estimate/invoice templates. We also like the general ease of use of the app. We use it multiple times a day.

Some things that we do not like is the inability to do a change order in current job, the overall monthly cost of the platform, the Quickbook sync is insufferable so we had to unsync it and manage QBO manually, the timing for Jobber payments to pay be released, and the financing option to customers (only current one with Jobber will not pay us until we are 100% complete and we cannot front 100% of our big jobs).

It has email marketing and automated reminders for people with estimates. It has helped us close some jobs that wouldn't have happened otherwise.

The flexibility for all departments. We can ALL do out jobs no matter which department we work for, jobs, scheduling, billing, mapping, AP (accounting), payroll, etc. Great support online and over the phone.

We had some issues setting up correctly our list of clients and their properties (umbrellas). Our crew members weren't able to see 'gate codes' or other important information left in each client profile. We figured it out, had to remove some fields and activate others. A work in progress.

No more paper sheets. All jobs are scheduled, assigned. They complete the jobs and we are ready to go, review the jobs, create invoices and send. Receive payments either by checks or they get paid online. Follow crew members and reassign jobs if necessary. Create new quotes and convert those into real jobs once accepted.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

I love jobber for the clear and concise CRM system it has. Quoting, invoicing, scheduling, accepting payments, sending confirmations and getting reviews is all available to you and able to be set up via automations. I've used other CRM's before and one of the biggest hurdles was implementation, and the complicated ways to integrate the features available into our daily process. Jobber had none of those challenges, and we had a dedicated person to help us with our initial onboarding and setup which eliminated repeating our needs over and over with new people for every challenge we sought help with. The multiple levels also lets you keep the pricing and budget where you want it to be based off of how many features you choose to use for your business.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The initial time it takes to get the payment account set up is hurtful, and there is not a clear explanation about how it works. We've also found that when using features that are not fully rolled out yet and in a beta state they will change that features coding to update it to their plans without regard for how it will impact those people already using and testing that feature for them. The simplicity of use, also limits your ability to 100% customize and make the system path exactly as you may want it. There are certain limitations with customizability of payments. Because of its simplicity you also have to use it the way that it was intended, as the more you stray from the way they envision people using the system the harder it is to do things, and some are even impossible to do.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve the CRM issue, payment taking, scheduling, and client communication. Having all of this in one place and have it be easy to use allows me to run the business with a skeleton staff compared to most. It also allows me to provide better faster service, billing, and communication that doing it without these tools.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber is extremely functional and easy! I had Quickbooks for years and hated it, i couldnt find anything else that had similar tracking. With Jobber it was an all in one, there was no hassle in the integration of customers from quickbooks to Jobber. the implementation came easy we were able to use it as soon as i signed up. We use jobber daily with all of our customers, they are able to track all of their invoices through the client hub. Customer Support is so easy to reach out to and get a helpful response.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The app is easy to use but lacks some of the functions allowed on jobber from a browser. It would be nice if you could have all access on both the app and the browser.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber is helping me with having all in one tracking invoices, processing payments, tracking profits and expenses, tracking all my customer quotes and scheduling for customers all in one with easy communication

The reliability of Jobber. upselling features are awesome. Systems, structure, growth, new features. Super awesome! Ai is great!

Nothing big. Small features I would like. The new schedule still needs some work but with Jobbers humility. they listen to us business owners and build it to make us succesful.

The built in programs, it just sucks you have to upgrade to most expensive plan to get everything. I was in a grandfathered in plan so I had a lot of features that were trial when I started but when they kept were moved to more expensive plan. So when I went to adjust my monthly cost found out I’d lose benefits

App could be way better it is so water down.

Contracting Services it creates a smoothie transaction from start to end

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

After trying, worky's jobber seems to do the job pretty well. Most of the time it's easy to generate invoices or quotes. It is a very easy option of credit card payment. Where the client just received the invoice and can pay through the actual invoice in his phone. Doesn't need to go through any other third party app

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

What I don't like about the app is that the workflow is not flowing. If you want to move from a quote to an invoice, you need to do a job in the middle and it just like opens up too much unneeded options. Also, the reporting is lacking some important stuff

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, the main problem in solving is the CRM and the ability to track customers and giving the customer a very easy to understand way to approve jobs and also to pay. It's benefiting me the easy way of producing quotes

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber has made scheduling for my team so much more seamless than a regular calendar. The ability to from start to finish, track a job...assessment, quote, job, invoice, has been instrumental in keeping up with a growing business. The marketing tools and ad campaigns have been stellar; the AI re-write tool might be my favorite component.
The implementation between Jobber and the accounting tool I use was very easy. I had a couple issues and had to contact customer support, but even the CS team is easier to deal with than other platforms we have tried. We will continue to use Jobber as it has proven to be the best platform for what we need!

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

I would find a way to better invoice reoccurring invoices for annual services. Automated invoicing is key for the reoccurring invoices we need to send. Also, being able to send invoice payment reminders with a click of a button to send all reminders would be helpful. The having to click back through the process to get to the invoices I was reviewing is time consuming.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber allows the entire team to see what the day looks like. The process through assessment, quote, job, invoice is a built in reminder what the next step is for our techs.
