
The part I like best is it seems really secure. This is the most important part when having an application that can also be used on a mobile device in a corporate call center. The other part that is really good is it's ease of use and does not really require any training for our staff. It also allows us to collaborate easily in our day to day projects in both our sales and technical teams. The one thing I dislike is that although it easy to use, the mobile app is kind of clunky and features are a little lack luster. I have found many other apps that are much nicer to use but as security is the most important we have to consider that. Other than that I really don't have a lot negative to say about it. Jive is a customisable tool that can be used by any organisation. It can be called a professional social connecting platform. You can create blogs, post, discussions, share a document. Also it allows to create public and private groups restricting the number of people. You can store files , documents with team member, create events etc.
