## Jitterbit Reviews
  ### 1. Vinyl took time to understand my needs and implemented a program that would meet my needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I like that I was able to explain what our department needed, and Vinyl could almost always find the logic to create a personalized functional program for us. Even when my minimal computer knowledge made it hard to understand what I wanted, Vinyl team found a way to comprehend my requests. As my group began using the tracking system they developed for us, Vinyl team was always open and available to quickly update/revise the tracker as needed for practical use.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I only wish it would have been easier for a quick phone call from time to time to talk out what function I was hoping to implement (as sometimes a quick call for a quick revision or update is faster than having to write out a lengthy email).

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My department had no universal tracking system for our shipments that was accessible to all in the department and quick/easy to use. Before Vinyl, we had multiple excel spreadsheets being used, and reporting would usually take hours. with the online tracker they developed for us, reporting takes minutes. All information is available to anyone wanting to review it (eliminating a lot of back-and-forth email communication and follow-up between all in our department).

  ### 2. Overall good experience over the years with various apps.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirk A. | Director, Business Process Solutions, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Front-end intuitive UI for users. Ease of app.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Lack of organization with new app projects. Zudy needs to invest in an online-collaboration tool for tracking items (i.e. basecamp, smartsheet etc). Items tracked manually today (i.e.notepaid) which ultimately leads to unnecessary delays and frustrations.

Constant bugs in platform. Seems like a lot of development was done on the fly and not adequately reviewed. Leading to an embarrassing roll out with the end users.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining our annual sales budget forecast. Very manual process today.

  ### 3. Pleased with the Vinyl Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack Y. | SVP, CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Very quick to develop apps
Great for tools, utilities and data reporting / dashboarding apps

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Hard to convince hard core programmers to work on the platform or support the apps

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacing manual processes -- especially spreadsheet driven activities
Quick web-based apps available on mobile devices as well
Data aggregation views/dashboards
Customer 360 views

  ### 4. It's an interesting platform that still lacks some maturity.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K K. | Digital Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Has a lot of potentials to automate integrations between multiple platforms but not so much for the Mar-tech space. Has some nice build-in connectors and templates to get you started with integrating. Has the potential to manage multiple backend systems like Amazon, Shopify, and Magento but not quite a learning curve to element.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Very quickly fails to deliver intuitive solutions to integrations and automation. Jitterscript is then required to perform reasonably complex integrations and the code system is quite difficult to learn and not as powerful as alternatives.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Consider your development skill level and how much you will be automating. Its powerful but you may need to learn Jitterscript.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Passing of data between eCommerce systems, financial systems and public-facing merchant centres. Also implements automation between data warehouse and reporting services.

  ### 5. I enjoy the seamless and easy functionalities while working on Jitterbit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek G. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I can work easily with the environemnt. Can explain the technical part to business users very easily.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

To be honest I would like to say that I dislike the management console activity page. While I am viewing the logs it si=uddenly comes and disappears within a fraction of a second.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Debugging the issues in case of any failures. Debugging is easy. Accessing the logs is easy.

  ### 6. Vinyl has allowed us to create a variety of business solutions that are easy to maintain.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Easy to use platform. Solutions architects are great developers and help enhance our products.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The frequent major changes to the UI sometimes make it hard to know how to do things. The release process is a bit clunky and hard to figure out although it has been improved a lot recently.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vinyl is allowing our business users to have more responsibility in how their products are organized and maintained. Allows a lot of flexibility in our business solutions.

  ### 7. Vinyl Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | Sr Director of Finance and IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The most valuable part of Vinyl for us is the ability to combine multiple systems, and the customizability it provides.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

There isn't anything I can think of besides me being impatient and really wanting to use the new apps

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vinyl has provided us with a single reporting system that streamlined us making important decisions

  ### 8. Vinyl Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Vinyl is a great platform for developing enterprise-level tools in a quick yet efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I do know how to code so sometimes it's hard to figure out how to configure certain parts when I can easily code the area.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building tools to help run the radio endorsement business better.

  ### 9. Rapidly build database-driven apps with flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wes G. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Speed of development, very database-driven with flexibility in how you display the data, secure platform, integration with React via a Vinyl widget

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Limited interactivity that is typical of SaaS-based apps, not much usage analytics available, bringing the visual interface up to modern designs requires quite a bit of customization

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

An excellent option for rapidly building data-driven applications, though there will be a learning curve, and understanding the limitations at the outset will be helpful when planning how to develop your app.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of various innovation projects, progress reporting to innovation leadership, user roles & visibility, collaboration between different user personas, rapid development and deployment to help us build faster

  ### 10. Easily configurable Data Catalog

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anil T. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Flexibility, Quick turnaround, Easy configurations and Search capabilities within Data Catalog

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Framework limitation of separating menu items with vinyl view page names. Hope it will be addressed soon.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Vinyl comes in handy when we think about Data Catalog. It has the best development team. They listen to our needs carefully and are reachable at any time. I strongly recommend Vinyl for Data Catalog and quick application development needs.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to add database schemas, objects, panels and customizations quickly and few clicks to deploy the solution into production. Search capabilities to find Catalog entries and data within view pages are very useful and save users time.

  ### 11. Quick and flexible implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark Z. | Director - Alvarez and Marsal Claims Management Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The Platform's Stability, speed, flexibility

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Complex data queries in the IDE have a learning curve

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented our primary survival dependent application in Vinyl from the ground up quickly with aid of Zudy's excellent service team

  ### 12. Support and simplicity of projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Customer support is one of the best. They are willing to stay on meeting as long as you need to complete any updates, problem-solving, and most of all just to get to know who you are. Also, I deal with a lot of APIs in regards to creating them and doing data calls with them. This tool makes projects so simple and also helps to give a quick turnaround on my projects.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Lack of resources on success cental. The documentation needs to be more updated. Trying to find what I need like converting a SQL date and time to Unix. Also, there is no SSO for websites. I have to store 3 different passwords just to gain access to University, community, and harmony. very frustrating. jitterbit is a great tool I just wished it supported the medical side more. LIke FHIR, CCDA's, ADT messages. these have to be built out manually each time. (which takes a very long time to do)

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

data formats for any inbound and outbound processes. I deal with a lot of complex file formats or API request formats. Dealing with formats is a huge thing with medical records. The transformation process is awesome!! I can parse data out into several locations at one time from just one file. LOVE THIS FEATURE!!!!

  ### 13. Smart Solution with mature structure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus C. | Analista de Sistemas Jr., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

You have a community and a lot of material to understand and help you in the integration you want to build. The platform works fast and you usually do not have any problems with a slow system.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

As I said is a mature platform, so there is many content you need to study before starting and there are so many functionalities, this could be a good thing but before you learn is kind of complicated.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Jitterbit to my company have another iPaas solution and I am learning different forms to do the integrations I have already done some systems like SQL, Vtex, SAP, Magento and others.

  ### 14. Easy to quickly transfer data to and from a Salesforce.com CRM/Service Cloud and schedule the job.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Quick transformations between standard databases like Oracle or MS Sql Server and Saleforce.com's APIs including Einstein data and Big Objects. We host our own agents on a linux server and they are reliable as long as you keep up with the regular upgrades.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Things are better in 2022; however, the tool was very clunkly between 2016 and 2018 when migrating ETL jobs between DEV, TEST and PROD. This is better in 2022; however, MIGRATING CHANGES ONLY between environments needs some work.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

If have permissions on the source and targets, it is easy to move data to/from Salesforce.com

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our BI Team never has resources to help Salesforce.com Developers move data around the enterprise. This tool has been easy to use to integrate Salesforce.com CRM and Service Cloud data with Core Enterprise systems including datawarehouse, Commcerce Sites, ERP, and marketing vendors. And the tool follows established security standards and integration best practices.

  ### 15. Software is easy to learn, and has great ability for growth.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Ability to make changes quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

So far I haven't found a downside. Software is easy to use for any programmer and computer personnel.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving a client portal and a CRM issue for us.

  ### 16. VINYL has been a powerful tool to facilitate rapid application development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob F. | Lead Application Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I've built many applications in VINYl under compressed timelines. VINYL has several advantages to accomplish this. I can prototype quickly, implementing data schema and user interfaces as I go. I can leverage APIs from external providers, as well as build internally configured ones between VINYL apps. From an efficiency perspective, security through roles and groups is built in, simply requiring some configuration. I've used advanced features when needed to take advantage of custom scanner behavior and other types of peripherals.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I've seen VINYL extend many of its features and its general ease of use over time. One critical improvement would be a mechanism to undo changes or potentially roll back to an established milestone during the development process.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've implemented all manner of solutions with VINYL, including line of business applications involving warehouse management, call centers, shipping, and billing. I've also used VINYL for a single straight-forward function like fulfilment that needed to be available within a week. VINYL's two biggest benefits to me are rapid development and centralization. Larger projects should still establish good planning artifacts, but its really nice to find everything in one place and be able to turn changes around during the course of a review meeting.

  ### 17. A powerful integration tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit is very good at enabling tools to communicate. It is very time saving for a massive enterprise such as EnerSys.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit agents updates are inevitable, but can come with issues.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitterbit is saving us a lot of time and avoiding some duplicates errors.

  ### 18. Invaluable ETL tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit is very flexible and allowed us to successfully migrate millions of records in a proprietary format into Salesforce. We were able to use it to not just extract and load the data but also transform the data on the fly. Jitterbit's support team was responsive and worked with us when we encountered issues, which while uncommon had a tendency to be complex. We could not have succeeded with our project without Jitterbit.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The chief downsides are that it is a complex tool to learn, and there are some idiosyncracies in the UI that we sometimes tripped over. Other than that, though, no major downsides.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Jitterbit to migrate data from a proprietary system into Salesforce. Now we are using Jitterbit to extract data from Salesforce, manipulate it, and load it into external databases for use with other systems

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> Thanks for your review, and high-five for the data your company has been able to take control of with Jitterbit! Even though you mentioned your project was more complex than most, we still aim to make sure our platform is intuitive and simple to use given the right tools. Please reach out to support@jitterbit.com if you have any ideas for how we can continue to do that.

  ### 19. Intuitive platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Vinyl is very easy to learn and develop with. It allows you to quickly deploy applications in a space where nothing has existed previously. Workflows can be built out fast and accurately and the platform is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I have nothing negative to say about it. The platform is great and the Vinyl team has been awesome to work with.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digitizing manual processes with the benefit of reducing the efforts currently needed to push paper.

  ### 20. Vinyl makes our business easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Vinyl makes app development easy. If we think of a problem to solve, we can envision Vinyl being able to solve it with an app. Vinyl is "low code", but it also allows the user to understand how it is working on the back end and simplifies a lot of the configuration needed to build apps. The UI layer is impressive and has many options to build a front end from simple form entries, to complex linked pages and reports.

The training modules are also very well done and make it easy to onboard new developers.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I have not found any downsides yet. It's a very flexible product.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the rigidity and complexity of our ERP system with a much simpler front end and business layer in Vinyl. For example, we can create an app in Vinyl that allows a user to submit and process a PO request in the ERP system. The benefit is that the app makes the end user's life much easier because the ERP system is so difficult to use to create a simple PO.

  ### 21. Jitterbit is stable, reliable and a full-featured ETL platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | Owner/Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

There's a free version to get you started and whet your appetite, while the full/paid version adds tons of features like email alerts for success or failure, scripting capabilities, tons of plug-ins for platforms that you might need to connect to, and robust designer packages. There's also a Cloud Designer now, so you don't even have to install any software in order to get up and running.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit Script is an acquired taste, and javascript is not fully supported yet. The Cloud Designer is also not as easy to use as I would like, but it is a maturing product.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Make sure the systems you're connecting to have a robust API.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm currently replacing my custom-built integration with Jitterbit, which is accelerating our integration from almost an hour to under 10 minutes to get a record from the source system into Salesforce.

  ### 22. Jitterbit has saved months for our integrated Go-To-Market product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prosenjit D. | Director - Data Analytics & Integrations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The best part of Jitterbit is once you set up the initial architecture and infrastructure - integration projects are highly replicable and can be completed in a matter of days. This has dramatically reduced our GTM for integration products. Additionally, the maintenance of these projects requires next to nothing. The office hours, initial hand-holding, and fast turnarounds on development issues have made our lives easier.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

There is literally nothing! Only complaint is that we wait for days for our integration partners to catch up with our pace! If we have Jitterbit being used by both sides of the project, I am certain businesses can be integrated within a week!

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Unmatched in price range and value provided

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Software cannot work in silos anymore, and any software today should have the capability to be integrated into the ecosystem. We decided to use Jitterbit to have a highly replicable integration framework that will enable our software to work with the ecosystem - at the same time reducing the resources required to do so.

  ### 23. Helpful staff - great to work to help you design an effective system to meet your business needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew W. | Senior Manager, Ad Sales FP&A, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Great staff, creative solutions, timely turnaround on deliverables.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Honestly this has been my first using this type of vendor for a system build and its been a great experience.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving our data problems / helping our business scale. It will allow me to perform my job better and a bit more easily. Currently our data is disorganized at times.

  ### 24. A very solid solution for working seamlessly with data from multiple data sources

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eshed D. | Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

- An abstraction of multiple data sources
- Connects directly to data sources
- Provides rich visualizations
- Very flexible to support various workflows

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The visuals could be better designed out of the box but customization is possible

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with data that originates from multiple sources

  ### 25. A great web application solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica H. | Director Of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Easy to build, use & customize! The team supporting our Vinyl application is dedicated to improving the solutions they offer and is always willing to work with our teams to create the best outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The interface is great and an improvement from a similar product that we used previously, but it has some limitations in what you can customize to fit your needs. Additionally, I think it could be upgraded a bit to continue to meet design best practices & modernization when it comes to web applications.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to deliver products without the R&D, expertise and people that would typically go into this process. It's also helping us drive revenue and lower expenses in a very meaningful way at our business.

  ### 26. Functional Consultant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

ease of use, the creation of objects and instant preview

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Changing name in any inner area updates the object name. That needs to be changed

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

our next gen payroll platform

  ### 27. Not sure if it's for us long term

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

the best part about Jitterbit is the drag and drop interface. the cloud elements are significantly improving too.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

A lot of the things I dislike with Jitterbit are common in the ESB space and come down to our implementation. we have relatively complex use cases that cause issues such as merging data which it is not fantastic at, there is no merge UI and instead, you have to store all variables in one transform and then leverage the variables rather than drag and drop. I also don't love that it uses its own language rather than just leveraging an existing common language. it has been supporting javascript more recently however when I was using it, it wasn't fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of suitcase promotions and think something more akin to git would be beneficial

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Be careful choosing an integration tool that promotes no-code development. Eventually, you'll have complex use cases and BAs will be building integrations outside their scope of expertise.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we have solved with jitterbit are simple integrations between our primary systems such as sending account data to the billing/erp and sending provisioning information to our products

  ### 28. Amazing Company and Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey B. | Salesforce Infrastructure Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit was been crucial to integrating several systems (Banner, Pardot, Warehouse, Salesforce) on our campus. Jitterbit is very stable. On the rare occasion, we needed support, their support staff is top-notch. Very quick to resolve any issues. They are great to work with when new integration comes up. Communication has been great with upcoming product updates.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

None. It solves a problem to a very common issue with Universities

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Jitterbit has been a blessing to work with. Very stable product.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with Salesforce between Banner, Pardot, SQL 2019 warehouse

  ### 29. Vinyl Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Automation, flexibility and ability to build based on your needs.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

We are building from scratch, so there can be a lot of bugs, and issues that we run into but overall, the team has been accommodating with everything that has come up.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have three disparate systems that do not speak to each other and are very manual. Working with Vinyl has allowed us to connect all systems and build automation so we can scale our business better / faster.

  ### 30. Very capable platform with exceptional development team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The development team can quickly address my issues and offer valuable input during design decision making.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

We frequently work with MS Excel exports. Although a custom tool was developed in our case the ability to quickly extract nicely formatted and useful excel reports is on our list of future enhancements.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to quickly process and validate data. This enables us to deliver a quality work product in a timely manner to our clients.

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Set up was very simple & it has worked flawlessly

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

There is nothing about this product we don't like

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Jitterbit has been the partner we were looking for. The system has performed as it should. And when we need help, our partners at Jitterbit have been there to assist us quickly the few times it was required.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jitter bit gives us the granular details we need to be a competitive seller on Amazon

  ### 32. Mature, Stable, full-featured platform for application deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I've been developing low-code / no-code applications to help my Team and my Clients for 15 years now, and Vinyl represents an evolutionary step in the capability of this technology. An application can progress from an idea to a proof-of-concept in hours - not weeks, or months. The online training is comprehensive, so I was able to quickly ramp-up. There is an active community of app developers who are willing to share their know-how, and a knowledge-base that is a permanent record of questions and answers from the developers. In short, Vinyl is a powerful platform.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

In the development work I've done, I don't have a complaint. The platform has worked as expected, the technology is mature, and if I don't know how to achieve something I can get help from the Wiki, or ask a Question on the Forums, or even ask for specific help. The support team has also been easy to work with when I've asked for help at the database server level. My observation is that the capabilities of Vinyl are huge (hello REST APIs, Widgets, Workflow, etc.,), and I don't have time to learn about those capabilities at the moment.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been building a suite of applications to improve the delivery capabilities of my Consulting Business, and to provide a differentiator between my business and my competitors. The applications I have developed are a significant improvement on the ideas I had when I started - I can now deliver powerful dashboards for individuals and teams that were not possible 10 years ago.

**Official Response from Alyssa LaRosa:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Jitterbit's Vinyl! It's fantastic to hear that the platform has helped you quickly bring your application ideas to life and that you've found the online training and community support to be comprehensive and valuable.

  ### 33. Delivered a complex project in as simple a way as possible.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neils H. | Salesforce Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Team:

An excellent and responsive team is always willing to transfer knowledge and walk you through decisions and tools. The team makes sure you have access to resources that help you develop your project further than where they leave you.

Endpoints:

Connecting Salesforce to our Grants Management System (Fluxx) was a big win allowing us to leverage real-time enterprise data as the source of truth for provisioning in another system with a shared user base. This also enriches our position to use Okta (which is currently used as our SSO for SF) in a number of ways that we can now explore.

In addition to the improvement in administration overhead, we are now sharing grant information between the systems which allows for even more reporting possibilities that can answer existing (and potential) questions.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The discrepancy between cloud and desktop clients does provide some challenge in trying to understand how to recreate parts of your project.

A script library of some sort (something like what Salesforce allows or encourages with components and js for them) would be excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Take advantage of the jitterbit university courses.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Syncing enterprise data between two systems to reduce administrative time and overhead
- Improve reporting capabilities by sharing data between two systems but maintaining SF as the "Database of Record"
- Templated api setup

  ### 34. Great product and an amazing team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James D. | Cheif Technology Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

At Darn Tough Vermont, we have been using Vinyl for over two years, and it’s been a fantastic asset for the company. We recently went live with an Infor M3 ERP system and used Vinyl and the Zudy team to help with our data conversion effort. With our successful go-live, we are now in the process of using the data conversion solution/knowledge to build out tools for master data management as well as other mass change/loading tools for M3 ERP. We have also utilized Vinyl to build numerous other tools from, Specification management and shop floor labeling to Rep commission solutions. Zudy and their Vinyl solution allow us to build out quick, stable solutions with very little help from a developer. Vinyl has reduced the load on our developers while still allowing IT to deliver far more solutions than we could have without Vinyl.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Like all enterprise-level tools, there is a learning curve. I think it's well worth the time and effort, but I'd also like to see continued focus on simplifying processes. On the good side, the team does an excellent job training, and Zudy has continued to deliver new functionality and ease of use.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

All environments are different, but if you are on the lookout for a reliable low code tool, Vinyl is a great tool to evaluate.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used vinyl and the Zudy team for our ERP data conversion effort and we have built out many solutions across the company where, in the past, we would have involved developers to create from scratch. With Vinyl we can deploy solutions much faster and they are easier to support. Its also been nice having the Zudy team available to quickly build solutions, when we don't have the internal bandwith.

  ### 35. it is a good platform for moving data ETL

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas G. | Senior Software deveoper, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I like the built-in libraries that make it very easy to pull the data. So I can use it to figure out what data I need to pull.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

if i want to creat a write record like into a database. It is just terrible. It should be able to have an easier way of determining type and creating text, database, or xml records. If so I could reduse my effort on creating the write record.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

do not try to run your business logic inside etl functions.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting data from SalesForce and sage to sync with each other. Also getting data from the Salesforce into the legacy system.

  ### 36. The application tool in general is a good one to use , however the recent upgrade has some flaws.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satish P. | IT Dev Ops Engineer, Brand Protection, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

From deployment perspective , its fairly efficient, configuration and installation of Vinyl app is also easy.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

The recent upgrade has some flaws, passwords are not encrypted, some of the pages do not show complete info on the screen like ... to deploy an LP, the screen is small, and the full path is not visible. When you click 'Install,' no indication that the system is performing a task, the previous version did have some indication.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From what I understand , provided proper sql queries are used its an ideal tool for reporting. As a member of dev ops team , its easy to spin up a new instance , integrate with AD.

  ### 37. does basic things ok but not the answer for all cases

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

easy UI for simple data movement. Could use some work.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

being what it is there are several cases where other tools and methods work better. some jobs that take jitterbit multiple hours to do can be done with a small dot net app in minutes.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

synchronizing data between multiple systems and databases. to be honest, i expect to do the work with other tools and in time to stop using jitterbit. prior staff started using jitterbit and created a lot of data loading with it. but we are finding that we can reduce the data load jobs with better system design and reduce or remove the need for jitterbit.

  ### 38. Jittebit for ETL Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John P. | Data Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit has a good intellisense that guides the development

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

In Cloud Studio, records transfered counts in the Logging that was working somehow started returning zero when 5000 were transferred from MongoDb to SQL. I could not find a clear way to get record counts working in the logging.
Source Records: 0
Target Records: 0

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making Cloud studio more developer-friendly with IntelliSense

  ### 39. Very Quick to Implement and Great to work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

The training portal.
Success Portal for user manuals
Certifications offered
Quick to Implement and Learn.
Extremely stable model. Component once live will rarely have any Integration related faults.
Offers both on premise ans cloud servers.
Offer Management console level configurable variables which can be handled without code change.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Some training could be made public like its competitors. Training account should be provided free with sample features for hands on. Certification Information should be published on a public portal rather than the licensed login portal. This will help increase the reach of this software to providers and clients alike.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Best iPaaS system in the market.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Public availability of certification information article is not there which limit accreditation of in corporate sectors as they verify only publicly available information.

Quick to learn and implement. Very Scalable architecture.

  ### 40. Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Ease of use of the application and the query builder

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Changing the name while searching for BO's within the same page renames the actual object.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of development and navigation, deployment and immediate access via the IDE Run are great features for instant verification of our development process.

  ### 41. If we had Vinyl 10 years ago, we would already be billionaires.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miles B. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

It is extremely easy to use and fast. I can not believe the amount of flexibility in the product to develop complex applications. After reviewing four different low code products, Zudy wins hands down.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

I honestly do not have any dislikes, we have been able to solve every issue that has popped up.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issue of receiving different file types from customers and having to execute 4 different scenarios and then send those via API to outside companies. We were able to build a new application in 60 days that took us well over 18 months in a .NET environment.

  ### 42. Zudy/Vinyl

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Low code, great in-app reporting/dashboards, proprietary company CRM

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Must use Zudy/vinyl team for development

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

better connection points for data, one-stop-shop for all things revenue

  ### 43. Simple straightforward UI with powerful data structure behind the scenes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin L. | Business Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

From manually distributing paper to a report/dashboard our users were able to easily navigate Vinyl's front end reporting and workflow tools.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

While I have some SQL background and have taken Vinyl trainings, we rely on Vinyl's development team to help us create complex reports and workflows. I can navigate a bit myself but usually will need assistance.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Changing business processes from manual/paper to digital form, creating new reports and analytics for the front and back office.

  ### 44. They've built a product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

It is complex and the learning curve is high compared to other middleware

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

They have made a switch to a cloud platform 3 years ago and not updated the documentation sufficiently. Most documentation describes the old platform and does not translate over well making development take longder.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

learn as much as you can

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basic integration problems

  ### 45. Jitterbit Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

I've been using Jitterbit for around 8 months and really appreciate the ease-of-use, the availability and the use of the API manager with debug logs, would recommend!

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

An area that could be improved is the refactoring of operations, transformations, scripts, ... It can get tedious for bigger refactors. (for example, how switching between different windows works)

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Follow Jitterbit University

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Jitterbit, I've created multiple API integrations for the company I work for. This usually entails letting the public access centralized data which usually requires authentication. Jitterbit allowed us to implement privacy-by-design mechanisms to protect sensitive data.

  ### 46. Great ETL tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amrita G. | SQL Database Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Front end; drag & drop design of the Jitterbit Studio.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

No support for languages such as C# or Python

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I designed and developed a lot of ETL solutions with Jitterbit. Mostly API and ftp flat files were used in my projects and I could get the job done very fast using the Jitterbit studio.

  ### 47. Great application backed by great team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit is easy to use, comes with a lot of prebuilt connectors, charged based on connections not the amount of data or CPU usage, and the team is very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

That we waited so long to get Jitterbit added to our solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

We selected Jitterbit for its functionality, overall cost, pricing structure, and ease of use.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Jitterbit to sync data between multiple systems in real-time and a few systems that are not real-time. This allows us to improve our reporting, improve our response time to our customers, and ensure data accuracy.

  ### 48. Great Solution and Even better service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrett H. | Sr. Salesforce Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Jitterbit backs up its solution with a fantastic customer support team. We don't open cases often, but, when we do, they resolve them quickly and efficiently. As one example, there was a point when we were trying to connect Jitterbit to one of our core systems and the core system provider was offering no assistance. Jitterbit, by contrast, joined us on multiple calls and worked with us through a trial and error process that ultimately ended successfully.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

This is a little nit picky, but the user interface for the data loader solution feels a bit dated and the font size is small, so it can be a strain on older eyes. Another challenge is that we can only have one admin user working in the data loader at a time. This is not a huge issues for us and we have never opened a case to resolve it as we have mostly been able to workaround each other. There may even be a simple solution for this. Right now, it's just more of a nuisance.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Jitterbit to run upwards of 50 scheduled data jobs on a daily basis. These jobs query our core systems and then upsert that client and product data into Salesforce giving us a 360 view of our clients. Jitterbit also enables us to transform the data to enable reporting and enhance readability. We've also used Jitterbit to extract data from Salesforce and send it to partner companies.

  ### 49. we get delayed response

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Services are good and they keep updating their Product to meet the requirements, they provide the Content in form of Articles and help portals. case creation is time is good.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

They are very slow in responding to the cases, their support time is slow in providing the solution. and if issue goes to the development team then we need to Hold on for days to get the response

**Recommendations to others considering Jitterbit:**

Good product

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have solved the connection issues and data transfers through jitterbit, we also get data in time. product vice its good

  ### 50. Very useful tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel B. | Data Engineer Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Jitterbit?**

Easiness to map output from an API call to the input of another API call.

**What do you dislike about Jitterbit?**

Had a hard time at the beginning to get used to the interface.

**What problems is Jitterbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations between systems that provide a set of APIs. Very complete tool for that purpose, we try to use it for all use cases that apply.
