Firstly, we had a request for a specific type of scan from Jit. They said they could create it and gave us a date by which the scan would be available.... and they delivered on time. That is something I have rarely experienced in my career.

One of the most helpful aspects of the scanners is the ability to create a PR to fix a vulnerability from within the scan results, and that the PR has the needed code changes already in it. The integrations with our SaaS products, especially the deep GitHub PR integration, are top notch, and better than Snyk's, and super easy to setup and use. We are SOC2 compliant, and required coverage for Elixir; they worked with us and added it within 2 weeks... truly an amazing team, and their support is incredibly responsive.
