What do you like best about Influitive?

They have great marketing, but the product is lagging behind the advertisement.

They have an external implementation team who does great work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Influitive?

The customer-facing team, as well as the product team are not supportive of most of the customer's requests. They mainly deflect issues away and are not willing to commit to making much-needed changes.

What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to create a customer community with their tool - leveraging the discussion board and activities (challenges) to gain traction, as well as include knowledge material for references. The search capability in not user friendly and it's very complicated to find the relevant article or discussion topic.

To create a proper gamification you need to manually duplicate each of the activities. Overall, there are minimal and cumbersome workflows and most of the work is manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Influitive?

Influitive is a must-have platform for advocacy customer marketers experiencing this challenge: I need a better way to show my happy customers they're appreciated. Influitive is an intuitive, customizable platform with integrated analytics that allows marketers to invite and nurture customers (and prospects) to an exclusive rewards experience where they can complete activities and network with like-minded colleagues to gain points. No matter the industry, marketers will find that Influtive will help you turn happy customers into ecstatic ones and provide an easy way to collect quick customer insights. What do you dislike about Influitive?

The contrast between the admin and member experience can be a bit jarring and I often find myself viewing things from the Member POV when building out new content since the admin is designed with less UX in mind. Sometimes I feel like the organization is a bit clunky and with the sheer amount of challenges and discussion boards we have, it can be hard to search for past content without remembering the exact name or downloading an offline report. What do you like best about Influitive?

I love that Influitive really allows you to get to know your customers - build and cultivate relationships and watch them turn into great advocates! It has allowed us to really "touch" each advocate and give them the personal relationship they deserve! It also allows us to put opportunities out - speaking, awards, references, social sharing, fun - in a manageable way! We've solved our disconnect with associating references to sales opportunities. Our sales team can also view all advocacy activities directly on their opportunities and contacts in Salesforce. We've also been able to save so much time in putting advocacy activities out to customers - and they can self select what they are interested in. And the relationship building is priceless!! What do you like best about Influitive?

Often times in business we are asked to find the best value for and from our customers. Influitive helps with both but they also have the ability to throw all of the materialism out the window and focus on nurturing our customers. What do you like best about Influitive?

Influitive has been a valuable partner to us since the beginning. Given the field of advocacy and associated tech stack is relatively new, having a partner to guide us and share best practices has been invaluable as we have grown and expanded the influence of our program. The technology is pretty easy to use once you learn it, and functionality has consistently increased as Influitive itself has evolved. The tool allows us to engage our clients at scale and glean from them valuable insight we can use to support our business. What do you dislike about Influitive?

In order to run an effective program, you'll need a resource dedicated to building and engaging the community. At first, this is at least one full time role, but can scale back over time as your program matures. Influitive also offers a lot of support when implementing the solution to ensure you're thinking about everything. With our advocate community in Influitive, we're building tighter client relationships that provide numerous benefits over time. Additionally, the community gives our internal teams new access to client insight and feedback. Connecting our internal teams with our clients - quickly, easily, at scale - has been a transformative benefit. It's given us a way to connect with clients at scale, where one person would not have been able to do so before. Plus, we're providing a unique client experience as ADP is investing in our individual clients' careers, providing exclusive access, and helping them (help us) evolve their product experience. What do you like best about Influitive?

Influitive is extremely easy to get up and running. The support from the implementation and customer success teams makes it easy to see positive results right away! Any issue you can think of, Influitive has already thought it through and has an answer for it. I would 100% recommend Influitive to anyone looking to energize their customer advocacy program. What do you dislike about Influitive?

I would love to see some improvements in the Discussions module, especially with topics and threading. When you have an extremely active community, it can be challenging to keep up with the newest replies and follow threads. Also, there is no social integration with Instagram, which for our audience was a nice-to-have. But overall, the experience has been fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed to drive customer retention and expansion, enhance the customer journey, and improve customer engagement. Influitive is enabling us to identify power users, what they are doing, how we can mobilize them, and understand how to make them more effective, gather product feedback, and encourage new members to get involved. What do you like best about Influitive?

I like how much you are able to do with the Influitive hubs. We have two- an internal hub for our employees and an external hub for our customers. While both are set up and run a bit differently, they're both great tools to engage employees and customers and build a community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Influitive?

Like any platform, there is some red tape with things that cannot be done. For our team, we run into issues with being able to customize some of the features. Specifically with the campaigns they provide, we are not able to customize them to our exact needs so we are having to create them all from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
