The contrast between the admin and member experience can be a bit jarring and I often find myself viewing things from the Member POV when building out new content since the admin is designed with less UX in mind. Sometimes I feel like the organization is a bit clunky and with the sheer amount of challenges and discussion boards we have, it can be hard to search for past content without remembering the exact name or downloading an offline report. I love that Influitive really allows you to get to know your customers - build and cultivate relationships and watch them turn into great advocates! It has allowed us to really "touch" each advocate and give them the personal relationship they deserve! It also allows us to put opportunities out - speaking, awards, references, social sharing, fun - in a manageable way! Often times in business we are asked to find the best value for and from our customers. Influitive has been a valuable partner to us since the beginning. Given the field of advocacy and associated tech stack is relatively new, having a partner to guide us and share best practices has been invaluable as we have grown and expanded the influence of our program. The technology is pretty easy to use once you learn it, and functionality has consistently increased as Influitive itself has evolved. The tool allows us to engage our clients at scale and glean from them valuable insight we can use to support our business. In order to run an effective program, you'll need a resource dedicated to building and engaging the community. At first, this is at least one full time role, but can scale back over time as your program matures. Influitive also offers a lot of support when implementing the solution to ensure you're thinking about everything. I would love to see some improvements in the Discussions module, especially with topics and threading. When you have an extremely active community, it can be challenging to keep up with the newest replies and follow threads. I like how much you are able to do with the Influitive hubs. We have two- an internal hub for our employees and an external hub for our customers. Like any platform, there is some red tape with things that cannot be done. For our team, we run into issues with being able to customize some of the features.
