In QuickBooks, inventory items for consignment were pulled out of inventory, but Jewelmate keeps it in inventory moving it to the consignment warehouse. Makes it easier to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can pull virtually any report and build customer profiles with pertinent information listed for them. Also- each user can be set up with specific access to different elements of the system and all transactions can be tracked back to see who entered them, accepted a payment, entered items into the Wish List, etc. Discount Codes can be set up to track success of promotions and Source codes can be set up to track what type of purchase was made as well as the Source of advertising for easy ROI reference. Sometimes the system crashes when trying to pull larger (several thousand) customer lists or reports. Not all of our users have this issue through. Would also like to have the option to change transaction type without having to totally back out of the sale and redo it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
