Jenkins is very easy to set up and configure. 2. It has a very good number of plugins that allows user/administrator to install only the needed plugins (or feature). In other words, it does not come with a bulky installer. 3. Jenkins server can be set up on Linux machines and Windows machines. 4. Upgrade process for the Jenkins server is very easy. 5. It does not have a database. All the configurations are stored in the XML file. So administrators can edit XML files directly from the file system too. Sometimes that is very easy to spread the change across multiple Jenkins projects (instead of doing one by one from UI). 6. It's free. 7. Jenkins supports different types of source control repositories like SVN, Git, etc. The developer can set different triggers after making changes in the codes 8. It is very easy to find out the errors in the Jenkins. The developer can easily check the bug and resolve it. 9. Jenkins has very large support in the industry. One of the best things about Jenkins is that we can easily install it by using the docker image. For building the application we are using Docker-based nodes triggers only during the requirement, this saves lots of money as we run the resources only during the requirement. We can easily integrate SonarQube, Jococo and CheckMarks to enable secure builds. **What do you dislike about Jenkins?** It's a nice tool but UI is very outdated. Adding the BlueOcean plugin can improve the UI but there will be no improvement in the functionality. It's good if we need a pipeline for local development but the cloud, it's not recommended due to high management and hosting costs. **What problems is Jenkins solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used it for small projects for creating the Docker and react builds.
