The platform has a lot of features, and the initial setup and onboarding for the finance team takes time. A more guided onboarding flow for admins would be helpful during the first weeks. Also, there's a missing integration with SAP, which requires some support to configure. More self-serve documentation for ERP setup would reduce the back and forth. I would love to see Jeeves expand more into LatAm markets beyond Mexico, Brazil and Colombia.
