## About OptaFloor
SPMS is a real-time production tracking system for the apparel industry that can boost productivity and efficiency by up to 25%. It’s a cloud-based software consisting of a web and an android application. The real-time data is captured through a tablet/mobile installed at each work station on the shop floor. It has six modules: • Tablet/mobile-assisted Real-time Tracking • Automated Work Allocation to optimize production efficiency of the line • Live line balancing through predictive analysis • Downtime escalation module to capture and discourage downtime • Smart Quality Management System to reduce Re-work and improve quality • Maintenance module to maximize machine utilization SPMS is more than a real-time tracking software that covers almost all the major aspects of manufacturing and uses predictive intelligence to suggest proactive actions rather than a reactive decision after the problem has occurred.
