What do you like best about Janek Performance Group?

I found Janek Performance Group's sales class to be very well put on and well received. Their methodologies and expertise were valuable, particularly in breaking down complex concepts like buyer personality traits to their foundation, making them easier to understand and implement quickly. I appreciated the interactiveness of the class with the instructor, Corey, which was engaging and informative rather than a boring slide-by-slide scenario. This stimulating approach not only provided a lot of insights but also excited me about learning more and signing up for additional classes. The correlation with Salesforce and Apex was helpful, making it easier for me to apply what I learned in the field. Overall, it was a great class, and I rate it a definite 10 for recommendation. At times, the conversation felt very generic and leaned more toward theory than practical application. I’d like to see the course include more Reynolds-specific subject matter, since our sales process is very unique and would benefit from content that’s tailored to it. I find Janek Performance Group's facilitation in small groups virtually to be very effective. Their meetings and training are highly effective, well thought out, and well done in advance with the preparation of our learning and development team. The content is engaging. Their performance live in front of a 300 person audience was suboptimal. Their approach to large in person meetings could use some coaching. It was targeted at a group that had diverse backgrounds and felt remedial. I would say it was almost too basic for that meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Janek Performance Group?

Janek’s programs can be used as-is, or they can be highly customized. Because our organization is complex, an off-the-shelf program wasn’t going to work for us. That said, the customization process was quick, and having that “corporate language” built into the programs was one of the main reasons our sales teams bought into it so quickly.
