Initial configuration and installation may be somewhat difficult; it certainly has a high learning curve. Although it works, the user interface is sometimes a bit outdated and may be cooled down with a more modern touch to enhance navigation. I use JAMS daily to run SQL Server database maintenance jobs and scripts that support the college. It standardizes our SQL Server maintenance and puts it in one place, so all IT personnel can use and reference it. I like how simple and fast the tech support is. The documentation is easy to reach and solves many problems. When I can't solve an issue using the documentation, opening a JAMS ticket is easy, and the response is very quick, usually within minutes, even if it's not a problem I mark as critical. I primarily like JAMS because it predicts my workload in a very predictable manner. I have integrated it with our ERP and file transfer operations, and therefore operations are performed at the appropriate time without wasting time. It was not a complicated implementation process, and when implemented, it became a part of my daily routine.
