Jaggaer allows my organization, an academic institution, the ability to procure services from multiple entities and suppliers in one place and send the order to someone else. For example, I do not have the authority to purchase, however, I can create a "cart" in Jaggaer's dashboard and send it to our budget manager so she can approve it instantly. This platform is completely functional and useful, however, it's not the most attractive. The interface is very plain and does not lend itself to any branding outside of our initial logo at the top of the page. The text and colors are not specific to our university to give a sense of comfort when dealing with the platform. This would assist in ensuring we are working with an approved platform and vendor.
