The aim is to deliver for what they payed, and not just an ordinary course but to make a student good enough so he/she can teach others for that. I have enrolled for swimming class, though I know swimming, but in JackRabbit Classes they taught this very practically. At last I would like to suggest this software for the freshmen and women who wish to pursue there dreams in some sports. **What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Class?** The software's UI looks kinda old , that needs to re created for new gen. **What problems is Jackrabbit Class solving and how is that benefiting you?** They delivering the offline class contents in online class , and whatever a person thinks only possible with offline , they are proving them wrong. ### 3. I also dont like the employee scheduling system it looks outdated and clunky. **What problems is Jackrabbit Class solving and how is that benefiting you?** integrating our swim lessons into our website for customers to register online is great. It is also a platform for all of my swim students and their families. **What do you like best about Jackrabbit Class?** I like that Jackrabbit is kind of an all-in-one platform. It allows you to have the families in our company, what level they are at, and all of their billing information. We can change schedules and update information very fast. Also, if you don't understand something they have a lot of teachings and education on the app. **What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Class?** I think the only thing I dislike is sometimes when you do a search you have to make sure it is specific, so you only get exactly what you want to be printed. The way the site is programmed and laid out is very easy for interactive use. When our customers use it, they also say the same thing. It is very easy to understand and navigate to what they need. **What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Class?** Many times, Jackrabbit will have updates that are unnecessary for our business. They may sometimes be little tweaks, or big changes that we dont always need as a business. I wish there was a way where you could either accept or deny these changes or updates. **Recommendations to others considering Jackrabbit Class:** Best Gymnastics / Dance class software out there. Easy to use, and has all the features you will need to run a successful and thriving business. **What problems is Jackrabbit Class solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest change we have seen as a company using Jackrabbit is the ability to go live and online. Our customers can now sign their child up for a gymnastics class, camp, birthday party, special event, etc. all through their own portal on Jackrabbit. The biggest benefit we have seen is customer service because of this. In the past, we would have to take sensitive and personal information over the phone which was very tedious, time consuming, and dangerous. Now, customers have the ability to create their own portal and input all their information without having to contact us. This has saved us many headaches and time! ### 8.
