Keller & Associates, Inc.?** Not sure what the best part is, I am still learning to use some of the features available as we are just tuning it up and getting it more involved with our daily processes. **What do you dislike about J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.?** The UI is pretty bad, it's a lot of jumble and I do not like the way it makes take you back to a main page constantly instead of the last page you were using before. **Recommendations to others considering J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.:** Make sure you set things up correct from the start, will make your life much easier!! **What problems is J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** How to track vehicle maintenance and usage. Benefits would be how much easier it is to track those items using the (web based) software instead of tracking them manually. ### 3. I have also attended numerous webinars on safety and OSHA regulations. **What do you like best about J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.?** JJ Keller is highly informative. Most of their webinars are free. For their HR Labor law poster subscription, they will pay the fine if OSHA fines my organization for having incorrect posters. **What do you dislike about J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.?** I like everything JJ Keller has to offer. **What problems is J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** The HR Labor law poster subscriptions will help to keep us up to date with all the current posters and legal updates. The safety webinars help to keep my organization up to date on all safety regulations. ### 4. Keller's FMLA Manager has been a life saver! I like how easy it is to use and how much easier it makes the FMLA process. **What do you dislike about J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.?** I can't really think of anything I dislike about it. I think it's a great product! **Recommendations to others considering J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc.:** Absolutely use the FMLA Manager! It's the best thing since sliced bread! **What problems is J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intermittent FMLA has always been especially difficult to keep track of, and now with the FMLA Manager we're able to keep track of ALL FMLA.
