**What do you like best about ibi iWay Service Manager?**

ibi iWay Service Manager can integrate all my standalone systems so that all the data is there and current.  This has been advantageous to our operational procedures especially in eradicating segmentation of data and flow of information.

**What do you dislike about ibi iWay Service Manager?**

Preparation of reports to document integration performance or integration problem-solving is difficult.  Currently, there are no extensive reporting methods available which allow me to examine the state of my integrations.

**What problems is ibi iWay Service Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ibi iWay Service Manager has provided a new way to undertake data integration.  So it connects all our different systems and make sure that all our data is easily accessible. This has enhanced accuracy of data and has promoted superior decision-making in the whole organization.
