Versatility and adaptability, hybridization of EPM and neurons

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

No provisioning and not enough storage packages. It’s a major problem to be able to migrate full management to the new solution system and can’t capitalize.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a fleet of mixed devices (Windows, Macs, mobile, and IoT) can feel like endless firefighting for IT and security teams. **Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)** is built to help teams move out of reactive mode by addressing four major headaches.

Below is a clearer breakdown of the specific problems it aims to solve, and how those improvements translate into practical, day-to-day benefits for an organization.

### 1. The Problem: "Swivel-Chair" Management & Blind Spots
IT teams often have to bounce between three or four different consoles just to manage different operating systems—for example, one tool for Windows, another for iPhones, and yet another for rugged warehouse devices. That kind of fragmentation wastes time, slows down routine work, and creates visibility blind spots that make it harder to stay on top of what’s happening across the entire device fleet.

  ### 3. Easy Device Management with a Complete Feature Set

**Reviewed by:** Frederic B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

The system's responsiveness in downloading configurations to the terminals. The numerous features that are regularly updated. The provision of new features.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

The interface could be more intuitive. The latency of the filters is too high. Configurations with errors are not automatically re-executed.

Configuration changes can be updated quickly to meet business needs, developers of their applications, and everyday constraints.

  ### 21. Excellent Agent Overview and Fast Endpoint Responses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ike T. | Hard- en Softwareconsultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

Quick responses on any endpoint, but you still have to do a few things yourself. The overview of all the agents you have is excellent and covers all parts of the endpoint, including patching and queries.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

If I’m being blunt, Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management isn’t a bad product, but it does come with a few recurring pain points that teams tend to run into.

The biggest issue is complexity. The platform is extremely feature-rich, and that depth comes with a steep learning curve. The initial setup, policy configuration, and day-to-day management can feel unintuitive unless your team already has solid experience with endpoint management tools. Compared with something like Microsoft Intune, Ivanti often feels less streamlined and harder to navigate.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teams typically use Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management as a central control hub for endpoint devices—laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and sometimes even IoT. That’s the broad label, but the real value shows up in a few concrete use cases.

1. Device lifecycle management

From the moment a device is enrolled until it’s retired, Ivanti can help with provisioning new devices (including zero-touch enrollment), applying baseline configurations, tracking inventory across hardware and software, and ultimately decommissioning or wiping devices. This is especially helpful in larger organizations, where manually setting up and managing devices simply doesn’t scale.

2. Patch management and updates

Another core reason many companies adopt it is patching. It supports automating OS and third-party software updates, scheduling patches to minimize business disruption, and monitoring compliance so you can see who’s patched versus who’s still vulnerable. Overall, this helps reduce security risk and keeps systems aligned with internal policies.

  ### 22. Advanced Endpoint Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

I dont really think I dislike anything about the product. Each product has its own way of utility and hownit is built differs from others. This is the case for ivanti product

It is a product that solves a lot of endpoint management problem just like Microsoft endpoint management. It helps to co trol all endponts within your organization and to manage your devices.

  ### 23. Unified Management from a Single Administration Console

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

I like that Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management allows distribution from a single agent, which means I can use a single agent to manage all functionalities. Additionally, I find that the agent configuration and deployment is very easy or user-friendly. Regarding bot automation, I highly value the ability to automate multiple repetitive processes, reducing time and costs for our clients, as well as the real-time actions that allow me to provide real-time support without needing to take remote control of the device. Overall, Ivanti Neurons is a great tool for companies looking to maintain centralized management of their endpoints.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

Currently, Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management does not allow working with tasks for patch distribution in a scheduled manner, as many clients seek this for greater control when sending a patch. That is, to be able to create a task for a patch and send it to a specific group of devices and not to all devices that have an agent policy, which is how it currently works, a functionality that is common in on-premise tools. Additionally, the reporting module is very limited, as it does not allow generating reports from the complete database of the device inventory, which is something clients frequently request.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management for centralized unified endpoint management, patch management, device control, and application distribution from a single console.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darin L. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is most helpful because it gives one central place to manage devices, software, patches and endpoint visibility. The interface makes daily checks easier, and the integrations with endpoint and security tools reduce the need to switch between systems. Performance is stable when checking device status, running actions and reviewing issues. It saves time for IT support because problems can be detected faster and handled before users are affected. The value is strongest when managing many devices across the organization, because it improves control, reporting and response time. The onboarding can take some time, but after setup the platform supports better endpoint management and daily administration.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

The least helpful part of Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is the initial setup and onboarding. Some configurations need careful planning, especially integrations, permissions and reporting. This can slow down the first phase for IT teams. The UI is useful, but some menus could be clearer, and finding the right setting can take extra time. Performance is generally stable, but larger actions or reports can take longer when many endpoints are involved. Better guided setup, clearer documentation and more practical onboarding examples would improve the experience.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solves the problem of managing many endpoints from different locations with less manual work. Before using a central tool, IT teams need to check devices, updates, compliance and issues through separate processes. With Ivanti Neurons, endpoint visibility, patching, device status and troubleshooting are easier to manage from one place. This benefits the organization by reducing response time, improving security control and helping IT detect problems before they affect users. It also supports better reporting for devices, risks and actions, which helps daily administration and planning.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

One thing I dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is that the interface can feel overwhelming at times, especially when I’m trying to set up integrations or customize policies across different device types. The initial setup is also somewhat complex, and it can take a while to get everything configured and running smoothly. From time to time, syncing device status or pushing updates isn’t as fast or as reliable as I’d like, which makes troubleshooting more difficult than it needs to be. I also wish the reporting and dashboard customization were more intuitive, because it often takes extra effort to pull out the exact insights I’m looking for. Overall, while the platform is clearly powerful, I’d like to see improvements to the user experience and more streamlined integration workflows.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management takes a lot of the headache out of managing different device types—Windows, Mac, and mobile—from a single dashboard. I also like that it integrates with other IT tools, making it easier to connect asset management, security, and reporting without extra hassle, which helps streamline day-to-day workflows.

Pricing feels competitive for what you get, and the modular approach means you can pay only for the features you actually need, which helps keep costs under control. The onboarding and support experience has been solid as well: Ivanti offers clear documentation and responsive help, so getting started doesn’t feel overwhelming. Their team also assists with initial setup and troubleshooting, which makes it easier to get up and running quickly.

Overall, Ivanti Neurons reduces manual work, improves security, and provides peace of mind that endpoints are being managed efficiently—at a reasonable price and backed by good support.

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

The most outstanding aspect of Ivanti Neurons for UEM for me is that I am able to manage various types of devices from one location rather than shifting to several other applications. I have mostly used it to determine the state of devices, implement configurations, and ensure compliance among endpoints. From an operational perspective, it was easy to monitor many machines at once without having to individually access each device. What I liked about Ivanti Neurons for UEM was that I was able to deploy changes without physically accessing any of the devices.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?**

To begin with, it was not easy to comprehend the whole structure of things. There are numerous sections and configurations, and it took some time for me to navigate from device management to policies and reporting. In addition, there were moments when things did not go as fast as I had anticipated. For instance, some actions took quite a long time to be completed across various endpoints. Lastly, when troubleshooting problems, I had to go through several levels of logs and configurations, which can sometimes become tedious.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to the implementation of this system, endpoint management was less structured, making it necessary for me to use other methods in order to determine the state of my devices. This proved to be a problem in maintaining consistency, especially in complex cases where the number of devices is relatively high. Using Ivanti Neurons for UEM has enabled me to control and manage these devices from one place while applying the desired policies.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> We’re grateful for your positive comments about product performance. It’s great to know the stability and experience are meeting your expectations!

Previously, handling updates, security policies, and compliance across endpoints was time-consuming and often inconsistent, but now these tasks are centralized and automated. As a result, our manual workload has dropped significantly and overall efficiency has improved. It also supports a stronger security posture because we can push patches quickly and enforce policies in real time. For me, the biggest benefit is the time saved, along with the reduced risk of missing critical updates or security issues.
