## Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Reviews
  ### 1. Clear Ticket Ownership and Progress Tracking with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nijat I. | Full-stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The automation capabilities are why we picked it. Before Ivanti, our IT team spent half their day on repetitive tasks - resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, assigning tickets to the right people. Now Neurons handles most of that automatically.

The AI summarization across all business objects rolled out in Q1 2026 and it's been a real timesaver . Instead of reading through long ticket histories, I get a summary of what happened, what was tried, and what resolved the issue. Cuts my triage time by more than half.

The new modern UI with Grid, Kanban, and Gallery views makes the platform much more usable than the old version . Our team prefers Kanban for tracking active incidents. Being able to drag tickets between status columns feels natural.

Agentic AI is currently in customer preview as of early 2026 . We're testing it on low-tier tickets like password resets and software requests. The agent resolves about 60% of them without any human intervention. Tickets just close themselves. That's time our team gets back.

Asset discovery works well too. When we first deployed, Neurons found hundreds of devices we didn't know existed - old laptops, forgotten servers, conference room tablets. Now we actually know what's on our network.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The initial setup was painful. The platform requires significant configuration before it becomes useful . We spent weeks mapping out workflows, setting up business rules, and configuring service level agreements. Getting everything right took multiple attempts.

Customer support has been hit or miss. When we have complex issues, response times can be slow . Simple break-fix stuff is fine. But for deeper problems, we've waited days for real answers. One reviewer on Gartner described the same experience - support is better for quick fixes than for complex issues .

The interface can be overwhelming for new users. There are so many menus and options that people don't know where to start . One new team member called it "flying a 747 from the passenger seat." The modern views help, but the depth is still there.

We've had occasional stability issues. Sometimes the system loads slowly. Rarely, it creates duplicate tickets for the same issue . Ivanti doesn't provide much insight into why these happen, which makes troubleshooting frustrating.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Ivanti, our IT service desk was drowning in tickets. We had three people handling about 200 tickets per week. Simple requests took days because someone had to manually assign, triage, and route everything.

Neurons solved the "where does this ticket go" problem. Intelligent routing sends tickets to the right team automatically based on content and category. A "printer not working" ticket goes to desktop support. A "VPN won't connect" goes to network team. No manual assignment needed.

The automation solved our "why are we still doing this manually" problem. Password resets happen through self-service now. Software requests route to an automated approval workflow. Common questions get answered by the knowledge base suggestion engine before anyone ever opens a ticket.

The AI features have been the biggest win. The summarization alone saves our team about an hour per day. Instead of reading through 20-comment ticket histories to understand what happened, we read a three-sentence summary and know everything we need.

We've also seen improvement in our SLA compliance. Before, we constantly missed response targets because tickets sat in unassigned queues. Now automatic assignment and escalation ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Our first-response time dropped from four hours to under one hour.

Is the platform perfect? No. Setup was hard. Support is inconsistent. The interface takes getting used to. But for a mid-sized IT team that needed to do more with less, the automation has made a real difference in how we work.

  ### 2. Automation and Flexible Workflows That Boost Service Desk Efficiency with AI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chitra M. | Talent Acquisition, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is its strong automation and AI-driven service management. The platform reduces manual effort by automatically routing tickets, generating knowledge articles, and helping improve incident resolution times.

The no-code/low-code workflow customization is another big advantage, since teams can design and automate processes without relying heavily on developers.

Features such as AI-powered virtual agents, self-service portals, and proactive issue resolution can improve productivity while also reducing ticket volume.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

It offers a lot of flexibility, but configuring workflows, integrations, and automation can take significant time and often requires strong technical knowledge. As a result, onboarding may be challenging for smaller teams or for first-time users.

Another drawback is navigation paths and administrative tasks require extra steps, which can reduce day-to-day efficiency until users become more familiar with how everything is organized.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This ITSM platform helps address several common IT service management challenges, such as slow ticket resolution, manual workflows, limited visibility into incidents, and inefficient employee support processes. It uses AI and automation to streamline ticket handling, reduce repetitive work, and improve service delivery across the organization.

Capabilities like incident summarization and knowledge article generation also help service desk agents resolve issues faster, without having to manually sift through long ticket histories.

The AI virtual agent and self-service portal enable employees to get support 24/7 without always relying on the IT team. Self-healing bots and incident correlation can identify patterns, diagnose problems, and resolve certain issues automatically before they affect users. This helps minimize downtime and allows IT teams to focus on more strategic work instead of repetitive troubleshooting.

  ### 3. All-in-One ITSM with Powerful Automation and Self-Healing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** chetan s. | Search Engine Optimization Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What I like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is how it brings incidents, problems, changes, and requests into one place. The automation and self-healing features catch issues like low disk space before we even notice, and the self-service portal has cut down routine tickets a lot. Setup takes patience, but worth it.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Honestly, the interface still feels a bit dated compared to some newer ITSM tools — it gets the job done, but it's not the most modern-looking dashboard. The initial setup and configuration also took longer than we expected, especially getting all the workflows and forms customized to fit our processes. There's a real learning curve for admins, and it took a few months before our team felt fully comfortable managing the backend. Reporting is solid but could use more flexibility for building custom dashboards without needing extra help. Also, when rolling it out across multiple departments, some of the initial integration work with our existing tools took more time and back-and-forth with support than we anticipated. None of these are dealbreakers, but they're worth knowing going in.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti solves our manual ticket routing, slow approvals, and scattered asset tracking. Automation gets tickets to the right person faster, self-healing resolves common issues before they're even reported, and centralized asset data makes compliance easier. Net result: less firefighting, faster response times, and more time for our team to focus on strategic work.

  ### 4. Centralized IT Management with Room for Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pankaj K. | Manager Cyber Security, Security and Investigations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I like how Ivanti Neurons for ITSM has significantly improved our IT team's day-to-day operations. We use it mainly for incident and ticket management, service request fulfillment through the self-service portal, and change management workflows. The unified console provides excellent visibility across tickets, assets, and change requests, all without needing to switch between multiple tools. The features like complete incident context, asset visibility, and change awareness help us make faster and more informed decisions, as all the relevant information is available in one place. This allows our engineers to focus on diagnosing and resolving issues more efficiently instead of spending time collecting data from multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I find that the integration with third-party tools could be improved. Ivanti Neurons for ITSM integrates with many tools, but simplifying integration with security platforms, cloud services, and collaboration tools would reduce implementation time.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM centralizes incident, request, and change management, improving accountability and reducing resolution times. Its unified console provides complete incident context and asset visibility, allowing my team to make faster, more informed decisions. The self-service portal reduces our helpdesk workload, enhancing focus on high-priority issues.

  ### 5. Ivanti Neurons for ITSM: Powerful Automation and Flexible Low-Code Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anas Z. | Data Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The best part of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, in my experience, is its automation (“Neurons”), which helps cut down on manual ticket handling through smart workflows and self-healing actions.

It also stands out for its low-code workflow builder, which makes it easier to tailor IT processes without requiring a heavy development effort.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Common downsides of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM include that it can be complex to implement and configure, particularly for teams migrating from simpler ITSM tools.

It can also feel heavy from an administration standpoint, with a noticeable learning curve around workflows, integrations, and properly tuning automation.

Some users note that the out-of-the-box experience isn’t always fully optimized, so you tend to get the most value only after significant setup and customization.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM mainly solves issues such as manual, slow IT ticket handling by automating routing, approvals, and even some self-healing actions.

It also helps with fragmented IT data and poor visibility by linking service management with asset and endpoint information.

Overall, the benefits are typically faster resolution times, less repetitive work for service desk teams, and clearer visibily into IT operations and SLAs.

  ### 6. Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Streamlined Our Service Desk with Reliable Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What stood out to me after using Ivanti Neurons for ITSM for a while was that it became easier to work with as we configured it around our processes. The interface is well organised once you get familiar with it, and our service desk team didn't need much time to get comfortable with the daily workflow. We also integrated it with our existing identity and email systems, which helped automate ticket creation and user updates without a lot of manual effort. Performance has been consistent even on busy days when the ticket queue is much higher than usual, and the reporting loads without noticeable delays. During the initial rollout, their support team was responsive whenever we ran into configuration questions, which helped us get through onboarding faster. It isn't the least expensive option, but considering the automation and the amount of manual work it has removed from our service desk, we've found it to be a worthwhile investment.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The biggest challenge for us was the initial configuration. Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is very flexible, but that also means there are quite a few settings and dependencies to understand before everything works the way you expect. We also found that some configuration screens are more technical than they need to be, so newer administrators can take a little longer to become comfortable with the platform. Day to day usage is smooth once everything is in place, but the setup phase definitely requires planning and some hands on time.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before moving to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, our incident tracking, approvals, and service requests were spread across emails and different tools, which made it difficult to keep track of ownership and SLA timelines. Having everything managed through a single platform has given us much better visibility into where requests are getting delayed and who is responsible for the next action. A good example is employee onboarding. Instead of different teams coordinating over email, the request now follows a defined workflow with the right approvals and task assignments. It has reduced follow ups, improved response times, and made the overall process much easier to manage.

  ### 7. Ivanti Neurons for ITSM - Powerful flexibility with a learning curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan K. | Technical Analyst – Enterprise End-User Services, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Ivanti Neurons continues to improve with new features being added on a monthly basis including new AI insights on device management (CPU, memory usage, security detail etc.). A score is then assigned to each device and / or user to help rank how proficient your workforce is. Many add-ons are still available to enhance your ITSM experience further.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Steep learning curve to maximize the potential return on investment - modules (while diverse and powerful) can feel disjointed from one another with completely different look / feel as they were developed by other teams - Customizations are often more time consuming than anticipated and may require assistance from Avanti support to implement at additonal cost.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Help Desk solution for incidents
- Approval solution for service requests
- allows real-time tracking of problems and requests for the requester
- Excellent self-service portal for requesters

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> We’re grateful for your positive comments about product performance. It’s great to know the stability and experience are meeting your expectations. Thank you for highlighting the user experience you've had as well. A smooth, user‑friendly experience is essential, and your comments point to areas where we can refine the design and interaction flow.

  ### 8. All-in-One Ticket Tracking with Flexible Workflows and Strong Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashraf S. | BMS Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What I like most is that it keeps everything in one place. It's easy to track incidents and service requests without switching between different tools. The interface is straightforward after you get used to it, and the workflows help save time on routine tasks. I also like that it's flexible enough to fit different team processes, and the reporting features make it easier to follow up on open tickets and overall performance.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

One thing I don't like is that it takes some time to learn, especially if you're new to the platform. Some settings and workflows are not very intuitive, and finding certain options can be confusing at first. It can also feel a bit slow when working with large numbers of tickets. Once you get familiar with it, it's much easier to use, but the initial learning curve could definitely be improved.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, it was harder to keep track of incidents and service requests because updates were spread across emails and different tools. Now everything is in one place, so it's much easier to follow ticket progress, assign work, and make sure nothing gets missed. It has helped our team respond faster, stay organized, and spend less time on manual follow-ups.

  ### 9. Flexible Adjustment, But Need for Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I like the scalability of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM because the system handles over 200,000 assets well. Equally important to me are the high adaptability and the great degree of freedom, as this allows me to tailor the system precisely to our specific requirements. I also particularly appreciate the on-premise option because it enables good data protection and cost-effective deployment when the appropriate infrastructure is already in place. Additionally, I find the interface architecture to other on-premise systems simple and effective. The licensing was also comparatively affordable.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The "Out-of-the-Box" build was not helpful to me at all. The provided processes and objects are partially inadequate or poorly thought out and simultaneously get in the way if you prefer to build the solution cleanly from the start.

The performance is also weak: Both in the user interface and when using the very bloated OOTB objects (e.g., CI and Incident), the system is noticeably slow. The old user interface and the overall outdated user experience no longer seem contemporary and, in my view, would require years of improvements from the manufacturer.

Additionally, there are numerous smaller and larger bugs, some of which remain unresolved even after years. Particularly problematic are instabilities and unexpected malfunctions in fundamental functions, such as in comparison logic and business rules. New features are also not always production-ready, for example, the Self Service UI v3 with localization bugs.

In summary, instabilities and errors significantly hinder development. Furthermore, poor or very rudimentary package and version management make development work unnecessarily complicated.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ivanti Neurons for ITSM for the structured recording and processing of solutions, for self-service requests, as well as for automated migrations with CMDB support and asset management.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While it’s disappointing to hear about the issues you ran into, feedback like this helps us pinpoint where improvements are needed. We’re continuing to enhance performance and reliability, and insights from reviews like yours play an important role in shaping those updates.

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What I like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is its ability to automate and simplify service management processes while improving the user experience. I especially appreciate its no-code/low-code workflow capabilities, which allow teams to quickly adapt processes without extensive development effort. The self-service features, strong incident and change management functions, and integration capabilities help increase efficiency

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

One area that could be improved is the initial setup and customization process, as it can sometimes feel complex and require a learning curve, especially for organizations implementing advanced workflows. Additionally, some users may find that certain configurations still require specialized knowledge to fully utilize the platform's capabilities. However, once properly configured, the flexibility and automation features generally outweigh these challenges.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM helps solve common challenges such as manual and repetitive service processes, limited visibility into incidents and requests, inconsistent workflows, and slow resolution times. By centralizing IT service management and automating routine tasks, it enables teams to work more efficiently and focus on higher-value activities. ### 14. Strong Automation with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohab E. | Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What I like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is how it combines a clean, intuitive UI with powerful automation and integration capabilities that significantly improve daily workflows. The self-service portal and well-organized agent interface reduce ticket handling time, while integrations with identity and internal systems enable automated processes like user provisioning, minimizing manual effort and errors. The platform performs reliably even under high workloads, and features like automated ticket routing and AI-driven suggestions help accelerate resolution times and maintain SLAs. Although the initial investment can be high, the efficiency gains and reduction in repetitive tasks deliver strong ROI over time. Additionally, the structured onboarding, responsive support, and built-in AI capabilities enhance consistency and overall service quality, making the platform a valuable asset for IT service management.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

While Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is a strong platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The **UI/UX**, although generally clean, can feel inconsistent in more advanced configuration areas, making complex workflows harder to design without deeper expertise. **Integrations** are powerful but sometimes require significant customization or technical effort to implement and maintain, especially when working with legacy systems. In terms of **performance**, occasional slowdowns can occur when handling large datasets or heavily customized environments, which can impact agent efficiency during peak times. The **pricing model** can be relatively high compared to competitors, and some advanced features feel locked behind additional costs, which may affect perceived ROI for smaller teams. Regarding **support and onboarding**, while documentation is solid, the initial setup and learning curve can be challenging without experienced resources. Finally, the **AI capabilities**, although useful for ticket routing and suggestions, still feel somewhat limited in maturity, and there is room for improvement in making them more adaptive and insightful for complex use cases.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, we struggled with fragmented service management processes, manual ticket handling, and limited visibility into incident trends, which often led to slower resolution times and inconsistent service quality. With Ivanti, we can now centralize incidents, service requests, and workflows on a single platform, enabling better tracking, prioritization, and automation. For example, automated ticket routing and self-service capabilities have significantly reduced manual effort and ticket volume, allowing the team to focus on more complex issues. This has resulted in faster response and resolution times, improved SLA compliance, and a noticeable increase in end-user satisfaction. Additionally, better reporting and analytics provide insights into recurring issues, helping us proactively address root causes and continuously improve service delivery efficiency.

  ### 15. Powerful, Cost-Effective ITSM with Customization Limits in Forms and Service Requests

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is a highly customizable ITSM tool. It works well out of the box, but it can also be tailored to fit your organization’s needs. The UI is easy to navigate, and it’s straightforward to customize. It also feels faster than its predecessor, Cherwell. There are countless integration options available, whether you use prebuilt connectors or build custom integrations. On top of that, Ivanti’s cost is much lower than the competition, even though it remains very powerful.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

While Ivanti is extremely customizable overall, there are still many areas where customization is either very difficult or not possible at all. Things like forms and the UI can be hard to tailor, and I often end up settling for “Good enough, I guess.” Another major downside is how different the Service Requests experience feels compared to every other business object, which is especially frustrating for the teams who work the tickets day to day.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is our enterprise ITSM tool. More than 15,000 people can raise a ticket for anything they need, and they’re able to get support in a timely manner.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> We appreciate your review and the insight you’ve shared. A smooth, user‑friendly experience is essential, and your comments point to areas where we can refine the design and interaction flow! Your feedback means a lot to us, and we appreciate you being part of our Ivanti community.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The interface and usability make it easy to quickly grasp the basics of, but there's still plenty of depth to do a lot more. Having such an accessible floor yet still maintaining a high ceiling means getting into the tool to start learning is easy, and being able to go beyond the basics is possible.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Some major issues can linger longer than we would like, and that can cause disruptions in our business workflows. Interfacing with support is quick, but even then the resolutions can still take much more time than we would care for.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an ITSM tool that allowed us to streamline and automate as much as we could, and Neurons for ITSM allowed us to do just that. We are able to hook many of our apps and services into it fairly easily and have a high level of customization because of that.

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is how it simplifies and automates daily IT support tasks. The platform is very intuitive and helps reduce manual work through automation, which improves efficiency and response times. I also appreciate the flexibility of the workflows and how easy it is to customize processes based on business needs.

Another strong point is the user experience, both for IT teams and end users. The self-service portal and automation features make incident and request management much smoother. In addition, the reporting and visibility tools help track performance and identify areas for improvement. Overall, it is a reliable solution that helps organizations deliver faster and more organized IT services.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

One thing I dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is that some configurations and advanced customizations can become quite complex, especially for new users or smaller IT teams. Certain workflows and integrations require a good amount of technical knowledge, which can increase implementation time.

I also think the interface can occasionally feel overwhelming because of the number of available options and menus. In some cases, performance can slow down when handling larger environments or highly customized processes. Additionally, troubleshooting issues may require more detailed documentation or support resources than expected. Despite these points, the platform is still very powerful and flexible overall.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it benefits us by increasing productivity, improving user satisfaction, and helping the IT team focus on more strategic tasks instead of routine administrative work.

  ### 20. Unstable and Confusing Configuration, Plus a Rough Onboarding Experience

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The pricing is reasonable.

The system feels lightweight. It's easy to quickly create new business objects or business rules if I need to test something.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The system sometimes feels like a frankenstein system. It's like there are lots of different things competing for the same functionality. For example, if I am working in the front end, and I see behavior that I want to change, there are SO many places in the back end that could actually be responsible for that behavior. This makes it very hard to refine the configuration.

Our onboarding experience was not very good. We had a lot of issues with OOTB functionality. When we brought up these issues with Ivanti support, we got responses saying these weren't support issues, they were configuration issues. Even though the issues were with OOTB configuration that wasn't working.

The system doesn't seem incredibly stable. Some examples:
-Sometimes running saved searches will just stall out indefinitely.
-If I try to open two top level tabs at the same time, whichever one I open first will fail to load.
-If I have the browser tab open long enough, my home dashboard page will go blank, requiring me to clear browsing data to fix.
-If I click through tickets quickly in a list, sometimes I will have notes or emails showing in the ticket that are actually associated with the previous tickets. (like if I click from ticket 1 -> 2 -> 3 too quickly, I will be viewing ticket 3 but have child objects visible that are part of ticket 2).

Emailing to and from a ticket is very cumbersome. Many of our IT staff just completely avoid the built-in email system, and attach the email to the ticket at the end.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of not having a ticket system. I think the structure of Ivanti makes many actions more difficult than they should be, or more difficult than other ITSM systems do.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> We appreciate you sharing your experience. We understand the importance of reliable performance, intuitive design, and consistent value, and we’re sorry to hear that aspects of the product fell short for you. Reviews like yours help us identify where we can do better and continue to refine the experience for our customers. Thank you for this feedback.

  ### 23. Messy UI, Clunky Roles, and Weak API Support Make It Hard to Use

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

It may take a lot to accomplish what you want to do, and the final result may be really messy and hard to maintain, but customization ability is there.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The UI is a mess. Links to the product aren't clear and there is no good way to derive them (e.g. URL for an incident number) and the 'bookmark' URL don't work across roles. Speaking of, the role feature is clunky and there are some features (e.g. approvals) which I can use only in one role and not while in a more powerful role.

Customization is clunky and non-intuitive. Administration overnight is a real thing, because the product is too complex for users.

Connectivity and API support is is really lacking, making integrations to other systems a mess and one that requires bespoke and custom development.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has CMDB/asset management support. That is what originally made people choose the product for our organization. If it wasn't for their narrow focus, we probably would have gone with a better option.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how critical usability is, and we’re sorry that the interface felt challenging. Your feedback helps us continue improving clarity and reducing friction across the product.

That you have the freedom to almost configure the system to your organisations needs. And you can use the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM(ESM) for your whole organisation not just for IT.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

There are still some parts of the platform that is hardcoded and cant be changed or configured by the customer.
The thing that i dislike the most is that you can only have one outgoing mail server i the platform. To much work has to be done to set it op in MS graph.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Ivanti Neurons for ITSM has solved, has been getting a better overview of request to the HR department and Campus Service at DTU. And that we now have one place to contact IT, HR and Campus Service. So its more easy for employees at DTU to get help or report problems.

Once it’s configured properly, it improves visibility, tracking, and communication across teams, which makes day-to-day coordination much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

One thing I dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is that it can feel overly complex at times, particularly when I’m trying to make configuration changes or set up workflows. ### 36. Clean UI and Smart AI Automation That Speeds Up ITSM Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NITHIN P. | Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is its UI/UX and AI capabilities. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes daily tasks like ticket management, approvals, and tracking much faster. The dashboards are customizable, so I can quickly see what matters without digging through menus.

On the AI side, the automation and intelligent suggestions really stand out. It helps in categorizing tickets, recommending solutions, and even reducing manual effort through self-service options. Over time, this has noticeably improved response times and reduced workload, especially for repetitive issues. The combination of a user-friendly interface and smart automation makes the whole experience much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

One downside of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is that certain parts of the system can feel overly complex, particularly during the initial setup or when you’re trying to customize workflows. The UI is generally solid, but some of the more advanced configuration options aren’t very intuitive and can take extra time—or additional support—to set up correctly.

The AI features are helpful, but they aren’t always fully accurate and sometimes require manual correction. Performance can also occasionally slow down when working with larger volumes of tickets or generating reports. Overall, it’s a strong platform, but there’s a noticeable learning curve, and a few areas could be streamlined further.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM has mainly helped us address fragmented IT operations and the lack of visibility across different tools. Previously, we relied on multiple systems for ticketing, asset tracking, and user requests, which made it hard to manage everything efficiently. With Ivanti, integrations with other systems (like AD, email, and monitoring tools) bring these workflows into one place, so incidents and requests are captured and routed automatically, without manual intervention.

As a result, our overall efficiency has improved and response times have dropped significantly. From a pricing/ROI perspective, while the initial investment can feel a bit high, the automation, reduced manual workload, and faster resolution times have saved a lot of operational cost over the long run. It also lowers our dependency on multiple tools, which adds further value. Overall, it helps us streamline operations, improve service quality, and achieve better returns over time.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review. We’re thrilled to hear the product is supporting your team effectively and contributing to a better experience. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we appreciate you being part of our Ivanti community.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ivanti Neurons for ITSM to automate routine service desk tasks, streamlining incident and request management and saving my team time by reducing repetitive tasks.

  ### 38. Flexible, Feature-Rich Ivanti Neurons for ITSM That Fits Our Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pawan K. | IT Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is its flexibility and broad range of features. It lets us tailor workflows, forms, and processes to match our organisation’s needs, instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. Once it’s configured, it supports our ITSM operations very well.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The UI and overall user experience could definitely be improved. Although it’s a powerful tool, the navigation and configuration process can sometimes feel more complicated than it needs to be, which makes it harder to use efficiently.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM helps us centralize and manage IT service requests, incidents, and changes in one place. That consolidation improves visibility into tickets and assets, and it makes tracking and follow-up much easier, so we can stay organized and respond more efficiently. Overall, it benefits us by adding clearer structure and stronger control over our ITSM processes, especially when operating at scale.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM!

  ### 39. Unified ITSM with Time-Saving Automation and Easy Ticket Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vusala J. | IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is how it brings incident, change, and asset management together in one place. The automation features save time by reducing repetitive tasks, and the interface makes it easy to track and manage tickets efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The interface can feel a bit outdated in some areas, and customizing workflows isn’t always as straightforward as I’d like. It also takes some time to learn all of the platform’s features.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM helps us keep support requests organized and automate routine tasks, which reduces response times and improves team productivity. It also gives better visibility into incidents and assets, making it easier to resolve issues quickly.

  ### 40. Efficient Incident Management with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I really like Ivanti Neurons for ITSM's workflow automation for incident routing. It automatically directs tickets to the right team based on category and priority, cutting down on manual triage and speeding up resolution. The reporting dashboards are a great feature too; they give clear visibility into ticket volume, resolution times, and recurring issues, making it easier to spot patterns and improve processes over time. Additionally, the interface is fairly intuitive, with a clean and logically organized layout that makes finding what you need straightforward, so the team required minimal training to get up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

A few things could be better. The reporting dashboards, while useful, aren't always easy to customize, sometimes I want a specific view or metric that isn't readily available without digging through settings. Initial configuration of workflow automation rules also took some trial and error to get right, it wasn't entirely intuitive for more complex routing scenarios. Additionally, performance can lag slightly when handling a high volume of tickets during peak times, which occasionally slows things down when speed matters most.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ivanti Neurons for ITSM for incident management and ticketing. It centralizes and automates ticket routing, reducing manual work, speeding up resolutions, and preventing lost tickets. The reporting dashboards provide visibility into patterns and recurring issues for proactive problem-solving.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We understand how important reliability, ease of use, and consistent value are, and reviews like yours help us understand where improvements can be made and shape the work we’re doing to strengthen the overall product.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chetan S. | App Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

I like its automation, easy ticket tracking, customizable workflows, and user-friendly interface for IT management. This feature has saved me time, improved teamwork, reduced manual tasks, and provided faster reports to users.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I find the initial setup complex and the advanced configuration requires technical knowledge. I believe the reporting feature needs improvement.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ivanti Neurons for ITSM to manage incidents, service requests, and IT support efficiently. It improves my ticket system, reduces response time, and saves time by enhancing teamwork and reducing manual tasks while providing faster reports.

  ### 42. Efficient ITSM with Generative AI, Lacks Robust Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I really appreciate how Ivanti Neurons for ITSM manages everything in one place with a clear view. The advanced generative AI is the best for me as it helps my work a lot by saving my time. I also find the asset management feature valuable because it's good that all data can be looked up on one site. It's great that we can streamline service delivery and automate some aspects of it, like when a user requests hardware and it's directed to the resolver group. The initial setup was very easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I dislike the lack of support. There is not much information available; I would love some more knowledge base. Also, it takes a lot of RAM.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ivanti Neurons for ITSM to automate IT Helpdesk operations and manage the IT service lifecycle. It gives a clear view by managing everything in one place. The advanced AI saves me time, and asset management offers the benefit of centralized data access.

  ### 43. Standout Self-Healing Automation for Endpoint Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tirth Bhavesh S. | Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Self-healing capabilities are a standout it can set up automated responses for recurring endpoint issues, detecting and resolving problems without human intervention.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Initial setup and configuration can be complex and requires experienced administrators or training. Some areas feel dated, and navigating advanced features isn’t always straightforward.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM has solid bones. The automation capabilities have reduced the volume of repetitive tickets my team handles, and having incident, change, and request management under one roof has helped with visibility across operations.

That said, the platform demands a real investment upfront. Onboarding my team was slower than expected the interface is not intuitive for everyday users, and getting workflows configured the way we actually needed them required significant admin time and technical skill.

  ### 44. Highly configurable platform, but ruined by poor management and development

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The core part of the system is very old but it's very solid and offers by far the most value compared with anything they have developed in the past 10 years. The best feature of this system is that it's configurable. We've been able to squeeze so much value out of it by being able to build our own modules for bespoke business processes each with their own unique requirements and workflows. This is the biggest perk.

Doesn't have an out of the box solution for X process? No problems, build one. It also doesn't impact system upgrades which is something a lot of products cannot claim.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Ivanti let the product stagnate for the better part of a decade and now they are so far behind and they have struggled to uplift it in even the most basic ways.

For example they have been working on an upgrade to the Self Service interface for about 4 years and it still doesn't support bare-basic functionality nor have they achieved feature parity with older versions. They've also had a stab at trying to improve other parts of the system and there's truly no exaggeration when I say that absolutely none of it has been implemented well. There's a joke amongst the Ivanti community that when they deploy something give it at least a year before you even think to look into it because it's typically so broken and often not fit for purpose.

It's painfully obvious that the current developers have never used the system as a day to day administrator even for a few days because the features they are focusing on and the way in which they are developing them are so far removed from what anyone using this system would want and have been asking for.

Speaking of asking for, Ivanti's User Voice portal is lovingly referred to as "a place where good ideas go to die". There have been ideas on there marked as on the roadmap which are getting close to a double-digit birthday. So little happens in that space and Product Managers will even argue with customers about some of the posts made there. Documentation also has a history of being lacklustre, and continues to be poor. When you're lucky enough to get a new article about something it's usually written with such poor grammar that in one instance I had to log a support ticket to seek clarity about an article and 6 months later I'm still waiting on a reply.

That brings me to support. Support used to be Ivanti's saving grace, the one thing that made all the other pain points palatable but even that declined rapidly in the past two years. When you log a support ticket now it feels like you're interacting with a person who only just learned the name of the product and the only training they had involved being given a link to the Admin help pages (which as mentioned above, are terrible).

Finally, Ops. Ivanti seems to struggle to just keep the service running. At the time of writing this our Prod, Test and Dev environments have all been down twice within a month for a full day each time. They messed up something so badly to cause the outage that they also broke the DR failover location at the same time. On a normal day they seem to struggle with even just monitoring the basics. The amount of times we have to log support tickets about the workflow engine having stopped responding is beyond a joke.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for Enterprise Service Management. It's a very versatile and configurable system and we have been able to onboard many bespoke business processes and uplift them with process automation and Service Management features with relative speed and ease. We do get a lot of value out of the system in this regard.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. We value your feedback and take your concerns seriously. We understand the importance of reliable performance, intuitive design, and consistent value, and we’re sorry to hear that aspects of the product have fallen short for you. Reviews like yours help us identify where we can do better and continue to refine the experience for our customers.

  ### 45. Easy to LeaEasy to Use and Learn --Ivanti ITSM Made Our Transition from Cherwell Smooth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

At my company IVANTI ITSM replaced an old Cherwell system, and the new IVANTI system interface was configured to be very similar to the old Cherwell service request system. It was easy to learn to use ivanti.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

it was unclear in the UI what the ACTION menu was supposed to be used for. The location of the SUBMIT button was not immediately obvious since it initially seemed to be 'greyed out'.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our storage team is better able to track and report on the Service requests that are assigned to our team. the approval process for tasks/request is now more clear/obvious.

  ### 46. Powerful ITSM Automation and ESM—But a Steeper UI and Reporting Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

What stands out most about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM is how it blends automation, intelligence, and user experience into a single platform. Here are the key aspects that are especially strong:
1. Built-in Automation & AI (Neurons capabilities)
The biggest differentiator is the automation and self-healing workflows powered by Ivanti Neurons. It can proactively detect issues, trigger resolutions, and reduce manual intervention. This shifts IT from reactive support to proactive service management.
2. Low-Code / No-Code Flexibility
You can configure workflows, forms, and integrations with minimal coding. This makes it easy to adapt quickly to business needs without heavy development cycles.
3. Strong ITIL Alignment
Ivanti Neurons for ITSM provides solid out-of-the-box support for ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, service catalog), which helps organizations standardize operations and improve governance.
4. Unified Service Management
It’s not limited to IT—departments like HR, facilities, and finance can use the same platform. This enables enterprise service management (ESM) with a consistent experience across teams.
5. User Experience & Self-Service
The self-service portal and knowledge base are well-designed, helping users resolve common issues without contacting support. This improves satisfaction and reduces ticket volume.
6. Cloud-Native and Scalable
Being cloud-based, it offers scalability, faster deployment, and easier upgrades, which is crucial for modern IT environments.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

1. User Interface Can Feel Complex
While powerful, the UI is sometimes seen as less intuitive compared to newer competitors. Navigating between modules or configuring advanced features can feel overwhelming, especially for new users.
2. Learning Curve for Advanced Configuration
Although it offers low-code tools, fully leveraging the platform often requires a steep learning curve. More complex workflows, integrations, or customizations can still demand significant technical knowledge.
3. Reporting and Analytics Limitations
The out-of-the-box reporting is functional but not always as flexible or modern as expected. Many organizations find they need additional customization or external tools for deeper insights and advanced dashboards.
4. Performance Can Vary
In some environments, particularly with heavy customization or large datasets, users report performance slowdowns or longer load times.
5. Integration Effort
While integrations are supported, connecting with certain third-party systems can require extra configuration effort or middleware, rather than seamless plug-and-play connectivity.
6. Upgrade and Maintenance Complexity
Upgrades and maintaining customizations across versions can sometimes be time-consuming, especially if there are many tailored workflows or scripts.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reactive IT Support → Proactive IT Operations
Traditional IT service management often reacts after issues occur. Ivanti Neurons uses automation and AI to detect and resolve issues before they impact users, reducing downtime.

High Ticket Volumes & Slow Resolution
Many service desks get overwhelmed with repetitive requests. Ivanti addresses this through self-service portals, knowledge bases, and automation, cutting down ticket volume and speeding up resolutions.

Disconnected Tools & Processes
Organizations often rely on multiple, siloed tools. Ivanti Neurons provides a unified platform for IT and other business services, improving visibility and coordination.

Manual and Inefficient Workflows
Manual handling of incidents, changes, and requests slows productivity. The platform solves this with workflow automation and orchestration, reducing human effort and errors.

Lack of Standardization (ITIL Compliance)
Without structured processes, service quality varies. Ivanti enforces ITIL-aligned best practices, ensuring consistency and governance.

**Official Response from Jenna Leonovich:**

> Thank you for highlighting your leartning experience. We understand how important clear documentation and guided setup are, and your insight helps us identify where additional clarity or resources are needed. We appreciate your trust and value having you in our customer community.

  ### 47. Centralizes IT Service Management, Needs Dashboard Enhancements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vamsi Krishna k. | Business Data Analyst III | SQL| API Testing |Tableau| UAT | Jira | Visio | process Mapping, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I’ve used Ivanti Neurons for ITSM mainly for incident management tracking and overall service management. What I like most is the seamless integration between endpoint security and ITSM workflows, which gives IT teams a centralized view of service delivery. The workflow capabilities, along with real-time visibility into service requests across departments, really stand out. I also value being able to track data lineage, document system workflows clearly, and support governance compliance.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Dashboard customization could be more intuitive. The current limitations around drag-and-drop flexibility, along with the relatively limited DAX-like calculated field options, make it challenging to build clear department-specific views. More customization capabilities would make it easier for teams to tailor what they need and, as a result, improve overall usability and adoption.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ivanti Neurons for ITSM acts as a force multiplier for our IT team. It solves the issue of manual process bottlenecks by automating routine service requests and standardizing change management. This has directly benefited us by freeing up technical staff to focus on high-value initiatives rather than routine tickets. Furthermore, the native integration with endpoint security provides us with the real-time visibility needed to mitigate risks before they impact the business, directly improving our service quality and reliability

  ### 48. User-Friendly, Cost-Effective ITSM with Easy Customization and Fast Cloud Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

User-friendly, easy to integrate, drag and drop developement. AI scope. Online cloud support, swift response, and performance. Customization is very easy compared to other ITSM tools and is cost-effective.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

Object mapping error not in detail. AI trial version could have been more useful. KB's in Ivanti Help and actual product terminologies do not match. Real time SLA metrics with calculated fields are not available in Neurons

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to Cherwill, Ivanti Neuron feels much more user-friendly. The transparent, object-level modification also makes it easier for us to customize the tool based on our team’s roles and groups, which helps us improve service delivery more effectively.

  ### 49. Highly Configurable and Scalable for End-to-End IT Process Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer R. | Telecommunications/Pinnacle Service Management Application/Business Analyst (Program Manager), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

It's highly configurable to your needs and allows for complexity and scalability. We are better able to manage end to end IT process lifecycles and easily find/fix gaps.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

The classic form editor can be complicated at first and there isn't an easy way to search across all tables in the system so there's a learning curve as you get to know the various objects.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have always struggled with team/division silos. Ivanti Neurons for ITSM helps bridge the gap between teams and provides more visibility to everyone involved in shared processes.

  ### 50. Incredibly Customizable—Fits Whatever We Need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake V. | System Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

I love the customizability of the platform. I feel any challenge we have faced can be resolved within the platform using the correct tool or module. We have even been able to bring other departments into the tool so they don’t need to work out of shared mailboxes.

**What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for ITSM?**

While everything is customizable you need to know how to customize it or language required to get it to work. It would be nice to have more user friendly UI for customization.

**What problems is Ivanti Neurons for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incident management across multiple business streams. Not just IT but ops, AP, and HR. With email listeners each department can record incidents and questions and respond within an sla period.
