Less templates for e-Auction; Not able to integrate with existing platform; Creating a ticket and getting the query solved is cumbersome at times; Not able to intergrate it with the warehouse ERP for end to end automation; Technical glitches in the tool were arising quite often during the initial days of implementation. I am using Ivalua for almost seven years. The best part of it is User-friendliness and ease to design for custom rules and set up despite even by an end-user.
