Access to the application with or without Company VPN. Interlink of different modules. Easy to view reporting module Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivalua?

It is pretty comfortable to work with. The only downside I would think off is the sql error messages that looks cumbersome to decode Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
