I think what I dislike is their location because they are very far from LATAM, there is also a language barrier because their page is in Polish, however, it can be solved with Google Translate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a great User Interface and User Experience. Makes it so easy for my team to use and collaborate with my customers.
