I really wish the invoicing process could be laid out a bit differently. It would be better if we could minimize the amount of paper used when doing one large invoice to one customer. Would be nice if it integrated with more software, for example your ELD. I would like to see additional viewing options on the load board side. Also there are some glitches on the expiries for drivers. If we fail to put in an expiration date (license/medical card) it will show the driver is green and good to go. ITS Dispatch has all the features integrated from posting a load to processsing it with the customer to billing and payment. My favorite is the load tracking portion and customer notification. You can send a macropint link to the driver for tracking purposes and assign check functions so that your customer gets a notification when load is picked up, in transit and delivered. When creating rate confirmations some fields are limited, I am not sure if this can be fixed but it would generally improve this software. Nowadays it is neccessary to add more details so there should be option for that requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ITS Dispatch does not integrate well with QuickBooks as advertised and informed. We have more than one "open service ticket" with ITS support, and they are several weeks old. Our sense is that they would rather support their own accounting application....which we would have considered had we had any idea the extra work our accounting person would have to put in. Other than having to replicate data entry because of system redundancies, our huge problem is ITS will randomly skip or drop files when exporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
