**What do you like best about itilite?**

Honestly there are a few things I genuinely like about ITILITE.

Support
No real complaints here. Every time we've reached out, the team has been responsive and actually helpful. Issues don't linger and we've never felt like we were chasing someone down for an answer. That alone puts them ahead of a lot of tools we've used.

Ease of Use
The UI is one of those things you don't notice when it works well — and that's exactly how it's been. Nothing feels out of place, the flows are logical, and new users pick it up without needing a manual. We haven't had a single "how do I find this" moment that turned into a real problem.

Reporting
The reporting has been solid. Getting visibility into travel spend, policy compliance and booking trends is straightforward and the data is presented in a way that actually makes sense. Pulling reports for leadership takes minutes, not hours.

UI / UX
The interface makes sense for the most part. Once you get past the initial setup, the core travel booking flow is fairly straightforward and the dashboard gives you a decent overview of what's going on without too much digging.

AI / Intelligence
The policy compliance checks are actually pretty smart. It flags out-of-policy bookings before they go through, which has saved us from a few awkward conversations. Not perfect but better than doing it manually.

Integrations
Connects with our HR and finance tools without too much trouble. The data sync works reliably and we haven't had major issues with it breaking on us.

Performance & Speed
Search results for flights and hotels load reasonably fast. Booking confirmations come through quickly and the mobile app works well enough for employees on the go.

Support & Onboarding
The initial onboarding was structured and the team was available when we had questions. They assigned us an account manager which helped during the early weeks.

Pricing / ROI
The savings tracker is a nice touch — it shows how much is being saved against market rates which makes it easier to justify the tool internally.

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

Honestly, nothing major stands out as a dislike so far. The platform has been doing what we need it to do and we haven't run into any real issues worth calling out. Maybe a few minor things here and there but nothing that's actually impacted our work in a meaningful way. No complaints from the team either.

Overall nothing stands out as something I'd want changed right now. It's doing what it's supposed to do and doing it well.

Before ITILITE, managing corporate travel was a mess. Bookings were scattered, expense reports were piling up manually, and there was zero visibility into what was actually being spent. Getting approvals done took forever and employees were often booking outside policy without anyone catching it in time.

ITILITE brought everything under one roof. The booking process is now structured and policy-compliant by default, so we're not chasing people after the fact. Approvals that used to take a day or two now happen in minutes. The reporting gives us a clear picture of travel spend in real time, which has made budget conversations with leadership a lot easier.

The biggest benefit honestly has been the time saved. Our finance and admin team is no longer buried in reconciliation every month. Everything is tracked, organised and accessible without anyone having to dig for it. It's made the whole travel management process something we don't dread anymore.

I like the ease of booking and modifying flights and hotels with itilite if needed, along with the notifications that keep us updated. It's seamless, streamlined, and easy to adjust to changes, which is a big advantage. Every minute saved in searching for flights and confirming the bookings is valuable. Modifications are super fast, and the notifications are the icing on the cake. I also appreciate that itilite requires no setup since it's an online software, making it very easy to use.

I would like a little better user experience to kind of make our life even more better. And of course mobile compatibility and maybe a mobile application.

I like that itilite is user-friendly and simple to use. The ability to chat with agents 24/7 and get quick responses is a big plus for me. I also appreciate the easy access to invoices and financial data, along with the integration of virtual card information in the system. The data tracking and reporting features are something I definitely value, especially with the addition of the new Iris feature. The initial setup was very smooth and straightforward, thanks to the helpful customer success manager who guided us through the platform, addressed questions promptly, and resolved any issues. I would like the flight, rental, and lodging booking process to be altogether instead of separate steps and I would like to be able to skip booking a hotel or rental in the process of booking rather than starting all over and reselecting flights. If there was an option to skip a step and move on to the next booking piece without having to go back, that would be helpful.

**What do you like best about itilite?**

The approval process is straightforward and it locks in prices for 24 hours. I like that it shows colleagues who are traveling on the same flight, helping me connect and make common arrangements. Rescheduling is a bit of a hassle with itilite because I have to cancel the flight and rebook it, which takes more time, especially when the travel dates are near. By using this sometime its lags alot and user unable to customize or integrate with other third party tools, support from helpdesk team is also very slow. We really love being able to book in groups! Love that everyone can easily get the same itinerary and it only requires one person log in.

We really don't love the lower price shopping. Its no fault of itilite it just doesn't work well for our backend AP.

I have been using itilite for last 18 months at Perfios. I have used this portal for booking my work-related air tickets, and I’m genuinely impressed. Sometimes it seems like some of the flights are not visible on Itilite which i find on searching other travel aggregator portals. This may be looked at and improved.

**What do you like best about itilite?**

I like how easy it is to purchase flights and file expenses on the platform. I've used it twice now for a workgroup meeting, and the experience was pretty smooth overall.

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

The organization, position, and labelling of of some of the UI elements are a bit off, making it less intuitive and requiring extra instructions to use.
- app.itilite.com/staff-dashboard should have an expense tab or a button on the landing page, not just the header
- the flight purchasing filter should have an option to accurately show accurately  "non-refundabe" vs "refundable" flights.
- creating new expense in the expense tab should not be called "link expense" that later on lets you "create expense". The word "add" needs to be on that button because otherwise it makes the user thing that there should be an expense created through other means that would be linked.

It's allowing me to manage all my travel expenses for an event in one interface without having to deal too much with trying to organize the receipts.

itilite is easy to use and their customer service is top-notch. Each time I reached out with an issue, the person on the other side was pleasant, helpful, and professional. Our main representative, Nuper Banerjee is awesome!

We have not experienced any downside as of yet. All good.

We no longer need to run from airline site to airline site booking travel. All of our purchases are in one platform and invoices are stored in one place. It has made our travel management overall more efficient.

**What do you like best about itilite?**

I really appreciate not having to search multiple other sites to find hotel, airfare or rental cars.   Everyone I know who has reached out to customer service (myself included) have been very happy with the response.  I also like being able to bundle all aspects of a trip (flight, hotel and rental car). You can add your rewards accounts in you profile and even get some better deals if you are a reward member with that specific company.

As someone who also approves expense reports in Itilite, that process is very user friendly, I get an email that someone has submitted and I am able to approve it quickyly and effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

Every once in a while you will get an option that is not what you need. While looking for a hotel, they reccomended a camp ground.  When I searched for a flight the first suggestion was for a first class ticket.  None of these are dealbreakers or will make me stop using Itilite.

**What problems is itilite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This means that we have access to better prices for hotels, airfares and car rentals.  I don't have to search multiple sights with tons of pop up windows.  
This product meets our needs and is affordable.

Have only used once but it was very easy to navitage. The UI is pretty intuitive and I was able to book my travel pretty quickly and without any support.

Nothing so far. My first experience was smooth and stratighforward.

It's makes coordinating business travel simple. I can save my flying preferences and frequent flyer/loyalty info which speeds up the booking process. I also like that I can share my itinerary and see who else is attending.

**What do you like best about itilite?**

Itilite has revolutionized the way we travel at Sodecia. We had formerly relied on pen and paper and individual expenses to book our travel. With many locations globally it was a mess. Thanks to ITILITE's all encompassing and easy to use platforms, our employees book with ease and through their detailed reporting we can guarentee that every trip is documented and covered!

This has been not a relief for indidual employees but our company as whole!

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

I use to think the downside was ITILITE not having a direct way to pay or charge trips, but recently they rolled out a new credit program directly with them! This new program we are working to adopt and very excited to use.

They had turned a dislike into a new opportunity!

ITILITE solves the hassle of having to track down and approve every travel booking by hand and record keeping.

They provide us the benefit of everything being in one place.

This software is nice and easy to use overall.

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

There are some things that need fixing and/or streamlined. 

Here's what needs fixed: when you have flights that require a layover, the invite for your Outlook calendar doesn't include both flights, just the second one. I triple checked -this is a consistent issue. It's very important to have accurate info sent when traveling.

What could be streamlined/made easier is the fact that for some reason making an expense and adding it to a report are separate. Honestly this is confusing. Just make it one expense report with the expenses. There's no reason for a separate section when making a report.

Traveling and reimbursement for expenses I pay for at work.

Time consuming and confusing platform. A 3 minute booking previous through Marriott now takes significantly longer bc of this platform 

More expensive then using Marriott app 

Not all rooms have points and some hotels don't have points options 

Mobile check does not work as itilite provides a credit card for holding reservation that is not yours. This lead to an hour plus check in process at hotel as they cancelled my reservation as itilite credit card declined. I also can't check in mobile and bypass the desk bc of this. 

Confusing cancellation policies.  Asks you to please contact support for more information. This takes 30 minutes or more for clarification.

Everything is in one spot, excellent customer support and custom reporting.  It is the travel solution I have been looking for.

Then only down side is when using chat for customer support, you get several thank yous.  Which isn't really a downside.  I've enjoyed the experience

All changes to travel can be handled at one spot.
I'm able to pull reports that drill down our expenses to see exactly what we are spending.
We have also been able to job cost all travel which is a huge advantage.

**What do you like best about itilite?**

It is fairly good, gets the basics down, but the site is not fast while doing it.  If you have used the AMEX site for example, you get flights to populate fast and it is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

Slow site.  After a flight is booked, you cannot always see that it was.  It may say you have been successful, but where is the flight info???  You should be able to click on the trip and it should be there automatically.

There are no financial advantages to using Itilite.  Provide a benefit like steep discounts with Marriott, Avis, National, Hilton, etc.  I have my own discounts, but they cannot do it in itlite, so I book them all separately, outside of the itilite.

Customer support is always there, but sometimes difficult to understand... and I previously worked for an Indian company 7 years, so that was a surprising challenge.

Itilite First is a new addition to the site that provides $50 cash back for personal bookings.  That is a nice bonus.

There is a need to add the ability to do searches without needing to have a corporate approval... just so you can see options for planning purposes.

**What problems is itilite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking travel and controlling the expense.  However, I was in an airport and needed to change a flight.  I was told that I needed to contact the travel agent and that they could not help me.  When I called support, I was told to hang up and call back in 15 minutes while they rebooked me.  When I travel, I want to be in control of my own travel and make changes as needed...and not have to call someone back in 15 minutes.

There isn't much I enjoy about this paltform

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

I can only be fully tranparent, compared to other travel sites I use, I find this platform very frustrating to use and incredibly slow. I can book on other apps in under a minute. Not the case here. 

Difficult to filter on hotels I commonly stay at, as those hotel expenses is reasonable. Here, rooms are more expensive and I'm always sure to compare these options including taxes and fees. 

Having to scroll to find hotels with points added, pay at hotel and cancellation policies are very stressful. Again, so time consuming. When using the Marriotts app,all I need to worry about is selecting the member rate. Everything else is automatically covered.

Cancellation policy very misleading. In some cases, explains amount of days for cancellation, most say to call or chat support. I spent a significant amount of time trying to have CS explain those details, approximiately 23 minutes . All wasted time that I should be doing my job. Furthermore, if I need to cancel a reservation, I need to wait numerous days for it to process. Marriotts app, immediate confirmation of my cancellation.

In my opinion, none. Using this platform is time consuming and very combersome. Using other apps, I can boo kand manage my travels in just a fw minutes. Here, I must set aside time as I know it will take much longer. Takes me away from my job responsibilites.

What I like best about itilite is the customer service that they provide not only to our travel aminstrative staff but to our providers that are on the ground traveling. The customer service team are true team players. They make sure that our travlers truly happy and taken care of.

There really isn't a dislike about itilite, I would call it more of a learning curve. It was making sure that we were understanding the invoice spreadsheet correctly.

**What do you like best about itilite?**

It is easy to login. The integration between the products is very limited. The voucher system seems to need some work in the fact that I'm carrying multiple confirmations from various vendors, one for air, one for car, one for hotel instead of a combined receipt. The choices of travel are not comparable to other products whereby you have to constantly update your preferences. Also, your frequent travel information is not stored properly whereby they flow to the vendors, ie Bonvoy number doesn't transmit to Marriott. TSA PreCheck doesn't go to the airline.

The system generates a trip that has never been the trip I've selected. The choices are not adequate for the specifics and I have to search anyway. It is a waste of time.

We no longer need to have a dedicated travel specialist, except that most of our travelers will not serve themself without prodding.

My flight was cancelled but itilite made it a point to find a flight schedule for me two days after.

They are there to help and ease the struggle of being a first time traveler most especially abroad.

The team at Itilite are so kind and understanding. They have made the transition to using a travel platform in our conpany so smooth. They are responsive and quick to help solve any problems or questions that arise. Their system is very user friendly and easy to use. Implemention was simple and our Account Manager checks in frequently. I really appreciate the support we receive from Itilite. It's also very affordable and gets rid of alot of hassle when dealing with company travel.

The best thing about the Itilite app is the customiation feature where the user can arrange his/her travel plans according to need.
Also, the service is fast and quick.

The reiumbersement process is also very quick and the user gets paid accordingly.

The only thing that concerns me sometimes is about the efficiency of app, it goes slow sometimes.
It's generally slow and also doesn't match the current prices of expenses.
For example, if a user is travelling by public transport, the expense it shows is only about the fixed terms.

It accurately calculates the distance travelled and gives exact amount of refunds for the expenses. It makes me to plan easily my travel and gives me my reimbursements for all the money that I spent from my pocket.

**What do you like best about itilite?**

Itilite makes it so easy to track mileage and expenses, create and submit an expense report. I love that I can do it all on my phone. Expenses can pile up quick and I really love that as soon as I have an expense, for example lunch, I just open my app, snap a picture of the receipt, the app will read the date and amount. Then I add it as an expense, super quick and easy! The other feature I love is that it gives me updates on my submitted expense report until it is paid out.

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

Few things I can think of for improvement is, I wish there is a feature where I can duplicate mileage. For instance, in my 5 day workweek I report round trip mileage and it would be so nice if I can just duplicate that expense for 5 days so that I don't need to input it 5 times. Another feature is camera, sometimes when I take a picture of a receipt my shadow will get in the way. If there's a feature where I can edit the brightness and reduce shadow, put a filter, that would be helpful.

Unfortunately there isn't much to like about the product because the flow, menu, and process are very difficult to navigate. The only reason I'm still using it is because this is the system enforced by our company

**What do you dislike about itilite?**

Itilite is very hard to use. As an approver, I have to go back and forth checking with my direct report to see if her request details matches with the ones shown on my dashboard (because there's discrepancy on the prices). Sometimes, when the request is deleted / cancelled, it's not updated on the approver's side, which led to lots of communication overhead.

Aside that, the prices and options provided are not always the cheapest, nor as robust / variative as other OTAs.

It helps our company to track employees' travel expenses and consolidate them more easily. Useful for our finance team (especially for reimbursement and reconciliation).
