What do you like best about it's here?

We have clients who require a scheduled appointment to recite products and have urgency, so showing them where their package is all over the US and Mexico was an incredible help that our fulfillment partner has this platform. It takes the hassle of sending locations in real time through WhatsApp or messages from the driver. Also, the customer rates the driver when they have faced issues, and the price is pocket-friendly.

The onboarding is quick and easy; they have tutorials on YouTube, EDI, and API, which we use in our daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about it's here?

There were some glitches then, but our account manager helped us through the whole situation, and the outcome has been positive so far; we have been using this platform for one year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about it's here?

onboarding proccess was really easy and fast, one of their developers connected to me all the of the steps. and they always answer asap when I have a question.
