I really value the way iStrives is exceptional, in that it takes a very big step and engages young people in an open dialogue about the world's toughest challenges. It aims to be an umbrella product where all functions, such as Performance Management, CRM, Project Management, and etc are filled. As exhausting as iStrives can be at times, it is nothing in comparison to the degree of inclusivity it offers me. Since a lot goes into making one platform so unique, it may pose some challenge to get familiar with and to navigate. I experience the interface as being cluttered, and the search for specific functions is far from being intuitive. It is a platform/tool whereby you can do all your daily task without hassle and the best part about it is that there is a CRM, Project Management System, built-in messaging app. Files can also be uploaded and downloaded and shared among colleagues/managers/departments.
