Also, the interactions make the content more engaging, and there are many many ways we can make use of them. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** Currently, our projects have been moving slowly and each project remains open for months. Lately we've encountered "disappearing" audio tracks and "disappearing" images with no practicable way of recovering or repairing the file, so we've unfortunately done rework because of this. **What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** With iSpring Suite, our turnaround time is significantly lower, i.e., we can produce courses more quickly (not considering factors not of our control, such as client feedback delays). It's also a lot easier to standardize appearance, themes, and branding because we use the template feature. It is easy to use, and certainly make it fun to tranform our materials into e-learning. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** We use another LMS to post materials and keep tracks of completions, instead of iSpring LMS, due to price difference. It would be nice if there can be some synchronisation of quizes responses summary (via email currently) between iSpring and external LMS (just to track completion, without further details). There are also many different webinars to choose from to continue learning about iSpring functionality. **What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?** I had a couple of issues that the iSpring team could not help with. I would like for them to be able to remote into my computer and try to resolve tech issues. I have had a couple times where iSpring had to be removed and uploaded. We did have some issues with the quality of the audio recording when using iSpring through PowerPoint; as a result, we tended to record the audio using Techsmith Camtasia, then importing the audio files into our iSpring project.
