**What do you like best about Island Pacific SmartRetail?**

the way we can use it with multiple employees
easy and straightforward its nice its a programme thats retail specific

**What do you dislike about Island Pacific SmartRetail?**

interface a bit out dated and the look of the programme is not sleek and you cant integrate it with wholesale systems

**What problems is Island Pacific SmartRetail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

using it with multiple employees the ease of use its also easy to import products from ERP and build your plans. Has predictive algorithms to speed things along

While it is simple, it is very outdated and looks like it is from years ago

We are using Island Pacific to track and handle the discount system for 20,000 employees
