There’s a nice log function that lets me see how long I’ve been connected to the client.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

When I connect to a "Samsung Tablet," there isn’t much I can do—only view it.

We can fix issues in the software without even visiting the customer. With ISL Always-On enabled, we can log in whenever we need to.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

It is very easy to get setup and working in our environment within a day. When you delete a device from your account it actually gets removed and delete instead of being moved to an unmanaged group that you cant delete from. Support is very quick to responded and fix any issues even when I was the one that caused this issue.

This software is used daily by my coworkers and I.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

They was bought out a month after we have swapped to ISL, but to a company that is already GREAT and products we use already.

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had a different remote support software and I was unable to delete devices from the system.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

An excellent platform offering secure remote access. Some of the most attractive options for me are the quick and easy entry of the remote Windows system with just one click into safe mode;
Automatic session recovery after restart;
And of course you can use it from different OS systems
iOS
MAC OS
Windows
Linux
as well as the Web
I see great potential in the ISL platform, since I tried it I am impressed that I come across sites that integrate it into their platforms as a method for remote support and now I know why!
I recommend trying it and you will see for yourself.

At the moment there is nothing I am not happy with.

I'm glad that with one software I can easily access the computer but also maintain the security level. To be an administrator and use the full functionality of Windows without restrictions on the time or mode in which I will load the operating system. This gives me the opportunity to uninstall in safe mode, clean the registry and much more 😉

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

We had used other tools previously (including the leading tool) and although generally good, when wanting to have good traceability of who connected to which device, when, for how long, and that the record was unalterable, practically all of them fall short.

Additionally, we have users with privileged information who do not want software running permanently that could allow a third party to access their device without their knowledge due to a breach of trust or accident.

And the rest of us, as systems, wanted to have the option of unattended access to other devices.

All of the above with a tool that is easy to use, stable even on low-speed connections, and with the usual conveniences we find in other software.

Oh, and personalized with our company's logo.

And at a competitive price.

In ISL we found all of the above...

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

It's a difficult question, because in terms of use we don't have major complaints; they are rather small details:

Despite working excellently on Mac, if the management application is updated, the keychain access permissions are reset, so it asks for the Mac user's password again to read the keychain connection by connection. On the other hand, the keychain seems to be local; if a user has 2 Macs with the same iCloud account, with the keychain synchronized, saving the password on one does not reflect it on the other, and since the password for each device can be different, it's not something that can be remembered by heart. In a hurry, this could complicate things.

The other issue is that when all connections are in use and I want to see which ones are active to close one, I can't do it from the application; I have to enter the portal, which involves more steps and takes time, but it works...

I would like to be able to send a configuration policy to the clients from the console and have no user be able to modify it... currently, we have to do it at the time of installation (I'm not sure if this last point is due to our ignorance).

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to support a wide variety of users with very different requirements, those who expect us to connect without asking them anything (neither the ID nor the password), those who want to first authorize access on their device, and those who don't want anything installed permanently. Much more secure than almost any other application we have used and it is not like others, an open door for another user to use just by knowing some data that can be seen when opening the application, it is something more "enterprise", but sufficiently simple.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

Whilst we are still using the On Premise licensing model, the version upgrades are still incredibly easy to roll out and everything just works. It's one of the better remote tools we use. 

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

We still can't store credentials at server/database level which would be much better from a security perspective.

**What problems is ISL Online solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ISL internally as part of our helpdesk and user support processes but also use it externally for connecting to and supporting our customers remotely as well. The process for connecting to machines is slick and can be pretty much automated beyond the initial connection so user experience is always good.

While the .ISR file type is optimized for the ISL Online application, the ISL Player offers the functionality to export recordings into a standard .AVI container with MPEG4 video codec. This format is not dependent on the ISL Player and can be played using commonly available media players. However, it's important to consider that the exported file size may be larger, typically triple the size of the original .ISR file.

Furthermore, we understand your interest in recording sessions with multiple screens. This will help us better understand your requirements and potentially consider it as a future feature enhancement.

What I highlight most about ISL Online is how easy it is to use, as well as the speed and stability of its connections. I also value its high level of security, compatibility with various platforms, and the option to access devices unattended.

I like the simplicity of ISL Online. The interface is very easy to use, quite fluid and straightforward. This makes using the software very simple. Additionally, the initial setup was very smooth and easy, which was great for my team.

Perhaps the pencil tools and the arrow directions could be better. The arrow is kind of ugly and big. I would prefer a simpler arrow, just with a line and a tip, not that huge arrow on the screen.

I use ISL Online for remote control of PCs, and I find that remote work is made easier with this software. I appreciate the time savings as well as the quick response it offers. I really like the price of ISL Online, which is one of the reasons why I chose to switch from TeamViewer to this product. The installation was very easy, and everything works well for my needs.

Maybe it's already possible, but I would like to be able to restart the computer from distance without loosing the session

I like the ease and flexibility in using ISL Online. The ability to save the agent on common devices for a list of unattended users significantly improves internal support. Additionally, it allows for easy reconnection even if there are internet disconnections at either end.

Your mobile device application still has a lot of room for improvement. Some features of the desktop application are not yet available in the mobile version.

I think it's great that ISL Online works very reliably and there have never been any problems. It is constantly being developed with meaningful and useful features. I find the utility quick launch preview and the Always On function with password particularly useful, as well as the ability to maintain and manage address books. The installation was also very easy, thanks to the competent support of an ISL employee.

The curtain mode seems somewhat old-fashioned and overall the program is very complex. However, thanks to the many good instructions, it's not too bad.

I like that ISL Online is easy to handle and intuitive. I use ISL Online to support clients and access remote equipment. I really appreciate that it saves me from having to travel, which saves a lot of time and effort. The remote desktops also work well and allow effective access.

Sometimes it has unexpected crashes even in recent versions and with mobile devices it is not as effective. I would like it to allow for more intuitive and stable control.

**What do you like best about ISL Online?**

Ease of use, security and privacy are key points for us, and ISL offers this, since every session is done under a unique code not valid anymore after disconnecting from our customers, so we cannot connect again unless we provide a new session code.

We use their integration in our web site so it's very easy for our customers to download the tool and receive remote support.

It also has a feature to install a permanent access (for instance, to remotely control servers and other computers that run 24x7 and not always have a user that can give access) which is also secured allowing remote control only to certain users and password protected.

Groups of users can be created to give rights to connect only to certain computers (or computer groups), so this is also a great feature (this is done from the web management site).

Service is always running, we use it everyday and no issues by now except one day that, maybe for causes more related to our connection we were suffering of some freezes during support sessions. We called to customer support and the reply was quick and nice. They also provided information about checking service status, and some other features that we didn't know about.

**What do you dislike about ISL Online?**

Most of the aspects are positive to us, so the only thing (up to now) that could be improved is the rights management in the web site. When having AlwaysOn computer groups is a bit complex to give permissions to all of them to different technicians or user groups.

It saves a lot ot time in problem resolution by allowing to connect remotely to our customers computers, so no need to be present on customer premises, and it does this in a secure way, which is very important for us.
