ISG negotiates with utlities companies for better rates.

**What do you like best about ISG Enterprise Energy Solutions?**

ISG is typically able to completely there tasks quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ISG Enterprise Energy Solutions?**

My only dislike is not relevant to ISG but the contract process in general. It is an annoyance that the markets fluctuate so quickly. When we reach out for approval of the contracts, there are times the pricing would have changed the very next day.

**What problems is ISG Enterprise Energy Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ISG saves us money throughout our varies locations by procuring utilities at a cheaper price.

ISG was tasked to organize, propose, and implement a company wide energy procurement process. 

**What do you like best about ISG Enterprise Energy Solutions?**

The proposal and bidding process were top priority for us and it was great. 

**What do you dislike about ISG Enterprise Energy Solutions?**

Sometime the information is brought down to the level of someone not in the industry and it can be confusing. 

**What problems is ISG Enterprise Energy Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems - varying electric rates causing budgeting problems. 

Benefits - locked in, long term electric rates that secure the budgeting process.
