From print to social media to broadcasts and blog/forum chatter. isentia was a great way to globally source media intel. We also loved the lists we could generate to contact media especially when on the fly. I've used many monitoring software over the last 15 years but isentia is in the top 5 for user-friendly/gets me what we need software. I like the efficiency of news clippings, gives you a throwback of news pick ups back in the days where you have to cut and paste. **What do you dislike about Isentia Mediaportal?** I don't like that the platform is too pricey and more often, mentions and tagging are not accurate.
