I can see exactly who’s working on which client, what stage a job is in, and what still needs to be billed, without chasing people or digging through spreadsheets. It saves a lot of back and forth in the team because everyone’s looking at the same source of truth. That visibility into WIP and deadlines is honestly the main value for us. **What do you dislike about Iris Star Practice Management?** There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start. After people get comfortable, it’s fine, but onboarding could be faster with a more modern UI. **What problems is Iris Star Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** IRIS Star Practice Management basically helps us keep the whole firm organized. Before, a lot of things lived in spreadsheets or email threads, and it was easy to lose track of where a client job was or what was already done but not billed. Now we can see every job, who’s working on it, the status, and any upcoming deadlines in one place. That alone cuts down a lot of “hey, where are we on this?” follow ups. ### 2. Mobile app is not great. Access to technicians and support can be troublesome with many based in the UK. **What problems is Iris Star Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making daily time entry easy for staff. Mobile app gives users on the go access, even if the app is a bit clunky. Better reporting capabilities (still trying to realize this). Integrated scheduling app. ### 6.
