Its primary software solution, RQ, is a cloud-based retail management system (RMS) designed to power multi-location telecom retailers. What do you like best about iQmetrix?

What do you dislike about iQmetrix?

My company doesn't give full access to all it's reporting or uses. But with all the features available to me, I would like more features on reporting for searches to drill down to more specific items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iQmetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about iQmetrix?

The UI is perfect. Everything is exactly where I expect it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iQmetrix?

At times it can freeze up and cause issues for us. For example, if it freezes up during an inventory scan of the store, that can cause us to have a delayed opening. We can't open until our scans have been completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering iQmetrix:

Make sure the computer you're using it on is relatively well-specced. Most of ours are limited with Intel Core i3s and only 4GB of RAM. The lack of RAM seems to cause the biggest performance hit on machines running RQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iQmetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only big issues I have are the ones I mentioned prior: freezing up. The big benefits have been ease of use and fairly easy troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iQmetrix?

I like how the commission detail reports breaks the commission down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Always lags. Freezes. Always restarting. Reports take forever to load. Bill pays are extremely ridiculously long to load as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
