When a bank rec is abandoned, though it creates sequential number, there is no option to audit previously abandoned rec. It is so easy to be able to look at ledgers and drill down into transactions. We have also been able to more effectively manage our customer ledger and debts. We are a NFP and being able to assign funds directly to transactions makes a huge difference to our reporting. They do regular sessions on how to get the best out of iplicit as well meaning that when they roll out an update you can see first hand what is going to change. **What do you dislike about iplicit?** As this is a relativly new piece of software the budgeting function is not yet as fully developed and user friendly as I would like it to be. **What problems is iplicit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Iplicit helps us to run our finances well ### 20. Our decisions to move from Sage was driven by the need for a true cloud solution. Within the first 30 minutes of seeing the product, we knew it would cover all our basic needs along with solving long lasting pains such as multi-entity accounting. The implementation of Iplicit has reduced cost, improved operational efficiency (in some cases, saving days) and allowed for better decision making due to the multi-dimensional reporting capabilities. **What do you dislike about iplicit?** As its early in our adoption, its hard to point a finger at any issues with the system. I Hope it stays that way! **What problems is iplicit solving and how is that benefiting you?** - The ability to work from anywhere, enter documents and other staff members see the input in real time. - Risk mitigation, storing our data in the cloud. - Multi-entity accounting all in one account. - Batch imports of sales invoices - We used to spend 3 days a month creating electricity invoices manually, it now takes 10 minutes. - Scheduled recurring invoices for our rental properties has removed human error and allowed us to forecast for the full lease. - The multi-dimensional reporting (so far) has been used to check electricity usage allowing us to spot reading errors. The Board are able to see granular breakdowns of each property to identify under achieving assets, allowing for better decision making in the form of budget allocation and lease renewals/ rent reviews. We have just had our interim audit and the auditors commented on how easy it was for them to interrogate the transactions and review the "paperwork." If you have a problem the support team is very quick at getting back to you to resolve the issue. **What do you dislike about iplicit?** As it is a newish system we do have to ask for new reports or ways of doing things, but the Support team are so quick at getting back to you with a solution it is really not an issue. It makes it easy to do reconciliations and provides reporting flexibility.iplicit is intuitive, easy to use and makes it easy to audit transactions. **What do you dislike about iplicit?** I have no dislike about iplicit. It brings a whole accounting game with efficiency and convenience. **What problems is iplicit solving and how is that benefiting you?** iplicit simplies accounting and auditing processes making it easy to track transactions in and out, do stock taking. It makes it easier to makes sense of our financial data. ### 30. I wanted more flexible reporting, to be able to look at our activities through projects and to improve our consolidations. Iplicit is incredibly easy to navigate and I really like the way I can quickly and easily change how I view information within the system. We are genuinely saving a lot of processing time every month and reducing our reliance on spreadsheets and manual processes for reconciliations The Iplicit team are very responsive and helpful and the system is continuing to develo rapidly, compared to previous systems I have used which take forever to deliver real improvements. **What do you dislike about iplicit?** I have not found any significant problems **What problems is iplicit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a more up to date system to help us make improvements to our processes and deliver improved reporting to budgetholders and Iplicit has really delivered this. ### 31. Having to jump from the desktop to the cloud to complete my tasks was highly frustrating. I find Iplicit to be a far better and more accessible system to use.
