I like the idea of what IPBase should do. The problem is that the web interface is not easy to use. The API does not implement into what we are using it for. When the site works, it works, but when it is stlow forget it. It does work in retrieving ip coordinates. I will give it that. As for customer service Ihave reached out muliple tims with no responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main issue with the system is that it is really slow. Even when logging in it takes forever you to log into your ipbase.com account. I currently work on Fiber and should not have any speed or connection issues. The system should be easy to use but this slowness is what makes it difficult to access functions and features. IP base is a real time geolocation loopup, which will tell us the geolocation of the system anywhere in the world. It has many surprised features, we can use it frequently, easy to use and implementation is also easy. it integrates with the system as well.
