I have been a webmaster at Yves Rocher for 6 years. When I started, my team was already working with Ipaper. The heart of our business is Social Selling B2S, and for this reason, our catalog is the most appreciated instrument to generate sales.
Ipaper not only allows us to offer our clients an online catalog, mobile friendly, easy to manage, and easy to share, with multiple checkout options and insertion of interactive elements.In another hand, Ipaper allows us to have a dynamic and smart customer service team with a quick response whenever we need it.
Ipaper evolves with us and with our needs, that is why we work every day on the continuous improvement of our catalogs.

iPaper is fairly easy to use, but if there is ever anything that you don't know how to figure out, customer service is just a click away. If someone is on staff, they answer you directly. If not, within 24 hours you will have a THOROUGH response. For my last inquiry, they created a video, JUST FOR ME, to walk me through the issue I was having. I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike about it. It's easy to use and there's always help a click away if you need it. Not once have I ever been told that they can't do something or figure something out. The only issue I've ever had is that I can't change the name of a document without changing the URL. Now, that may just be how the internet works, and not something they have control over. It might be for the better, but it isn't a big issue.
I do recall in the past that we were in need of a new partner because iPaper was not ADA compliant, or was unable to be, something along those lines, but that was over a year ago and I haven't heard boo about it since, so iPaper must have fixed this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love that it's much more convenient to use not just from consumer side, but from the backend as well. Statistics are easily accessed and very detailed.

I can't say anything that I dislike, but I have some improvement ideas, which might be valuable for others as well, for example the opportunity to see statistics of our flyers in a comparison sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility Ipaper gives for retail papers - not only masters but also localized versions. Easy to showcase assets created such as: Lifestyle videos, product images etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not enough mobile friendly. For retail papers, the majority of users will use their mobile and you can only view 1 page at a time. Would be better to see spreads, even it will be small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Account Managers are kind, helpful and always available. One of the best Help & Contact teams I've ever encountered. They solve the problem very quickly and then also follow up.
The user interface is handy for both the visitor and the admin.
