I responded that they needed it fix it quickly or they could be liable for false advertising. I've switched hosting companies, and as of this date (a month afterwards), they pricing page at https://www.ipage.com/renewal-pricing still shows $7.99 per month for a three-year term. The best part about ipage is, it offers domain and web hosting packages at a very reasonable price. And the customer support of the ipage is so good as compared to all other hostings I have taken in my working career.
