IoTFlows has an extremely capable team open to meeting you not only halfway but where you are, even if it's in mid-90s status. They have a reasonably priced, super flexible IoT platform that works with various legacy and modern systems that has helped my team to solve complex problems in record time with high reliability. Their platform UI is also very slick and it can be used as a customer-facing dashboard. You can drag and drop dashboards together in mins. Easy remote access and development environment for our Linux machines to acquire data from various protocols. We have had global deployment with them in mission-critical, safety-critical 24/7 production and manufacturing for 2 years now and have had no issues. Each deployment took less than a few hours, creating a lot of confidence and pleasure in our customers/users. We managed deployment and monitoring of our AI-edge models with their platform and at some point used their edge agent to enable remote programing various products. This is not the only iot platform we are using but definitely one of the best I have worked with over the last four years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cloud dashboards need to be expanded to address all specific grouping. Lack of support resources in Germany. On-prem-only deployment is not their focus at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IoTFlows has an outstanding platform that’s missing in the current market, enabling edge and fog gateway management (for Linux machines, Raspberry Pi, etc.), remote access, secure tunneling, data pipeline and real-time streaming, cloud analytics and drag-and-drop dashboard development. They support a variety of communication protocols and have an easy-to-use frontend for end users. Highly recommended, especially for industries that need a data pipeline from their systems/machines. There learning curve is a bit steep and more live demos might help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
