I really like how cheap the IONOS prices are. A decent server can easily be acquired with promotional pricing. After that, it increases to its standard rate, however, even then, it is cheaper than alternate hosting providers. The servers are also accessible 24/7, with very low downtime, and this really helps us to maintain our reputation and build our traffic. While I generally like all that IONOS provides in their servers, the dashboard seems very cluttered and can be hard to navigate through for an average user. The servers provide me root access, so I do everything through the server and only manage billing through the IONOS dashboard, so it doesn't affect me much. Another thing I dislike is that they force us into contracts. It's one of the only hosting providers nowadays still putting users into contracts, and it can go unnoticed by the majority of customers.
