I really like the performance and the fact that we can keep our data in our own S3 bucket so we maintain ownership of our data (at a previous company I worked for we wanted to move away from Snowflake and it was a hassle because our data was stored in Snowflake).

It’s not always intuitive but the team is very responsive and has always helped us out.

There’s a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, especially when trying to connect multiple data sources and then merge the data. That said, the website has comprehensive documentation and Vusal from iomete was super helpful in guiding us through each step, essentially providing a white glove service.
