What do you like best about iObeya?
iObeya is easy to use. From the shop floor to the management function everybody needs a digital visual management. The plus of iObeya is that we can connect all our performance routine to follow the KPI devine by the group.
What do you dislike about iObeya?
We still want to automate and interconnect the data with iObeya. It is not accessible to beginners, but the iObeya team can help us.
What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?
iObeya has solved our communication problems. We have people in different locations that sometimes require specific authorizations. iObeya allows us to collect information more reliably.

What do you like best about iObeya?
I like how simple the program is. In my role, the QDC feature is used most commonly; everything about the program is laid out in a very easy-to-understand way that users can pick up quickly, which is very useful to me when teaching my colleagues how to use the program. It also helps that several online resources are available on iObeya's resource center.
What do you dislike about iObeya?
My main gripe with the program is that it has a bit of trouble scaling up with several rooms across a large organization like Sanofi. Sometimes thumbnails don't update quickly, and bugs pop up requiring a page refresh. That said, I know the team is working on it, and I have seen some of my previous issues fixed in 2023.
What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?
iObeya is our primary way of visualizing our performance metrics at out +QDCI meeting. It is also used for information cascading throughout the business. It helps us to link our actual performance metrics together to have a more cohesive site strategy.

What do you like best about iObeya?
I like the easy entry threshold and the quick involvement of most employees. Further I like the possibilty of escalation and deescalation of actions, as well as the possibility to send cards to specific collegues. Visually very appealing and nice to work with. For me it's a great tool to work together, to leave your opinon and to show the status of a certain KPI. It offers a lot of options about how to set up the desired KPI (frequency of input and colour coding of status (red/green)). Awesome that the KPIs can be summed (as well in custom ways) on other boards / levels. So the hierarchical structure can be nicely rebuild with this tool and all meetings can be hold in iObeya - quantitative KPIs are easily connected via formulas (just clicking) and qualitative Information (like escalations) are escalated via pre defined choices or send directly to collegues.
So far we are very excited to move the organization further inside the usage of the tool on all teams.
What do you dislike about iObeya?
The habbit of right click does not work in iObeya - but after a short time you are adapted. There could be more connection points to other softwares (but I know there are coming otehr oprions soon).

Escalation of KPIs - following trends and the achievement of set goals.

Nothing for the moment, we got answers when something is going wrong and iObeya are giving quickly update when needed.

They are developing their apps with customers needs and solving problems with quickly update, as for exemple the connection between severals application (Excel/Forms/SAP etc...) and iObeya
