What do you like best about iObeya?
A tool perfectly suited for the digitalization of AIC. Allows for the monitoring of KPIs, the identification of gaps through visual management, the formalization and tracking of actions. The tool is also very relevant for project tracking, with planning, flow diagrams, and action plan monitoring. Many other practices are possible due to the construction of the supports, which leaves room for creativity.
What do you dislike about iObeya?
Each tool has its constraints. Nothing insurmountable here with regular updates to the tool.

Interconnection of data. Escalate action plans and systematic feedback. Facilitated access to information and action plans. Enables collaborative management!

The possibility of working remotely, with multiple people on the same board. The interaction between the cards. The customization of the panels. The administration of the platform is easy to use. The consolidation of data in the QCD module.
What do you dislike about iObeya?
Not being able to use iObeya on a smartphone or tablet... but this issue will soon be resolved. Lack of KPI/statistics in the Administrator platform: to have a view on licenses/users, etc.

On the problem-solving boards, we have tracking and actions to resolve issues of non-quality and non-compliance. We also use iObeya to track actions and risks for projects.
