iObeya helped us a lot to improve our teamwork across sites and countries. As an industiral company with manufacturing facilities and complex long term projects we have Lean, Agile, Shopfloor and Project Management in our DNA. iObeya provides all this features and methods while being easy and intuitive to use.
Weather monitoring KPIs on dashboards, tracking actions and tasks or showing operational progesss and risks, iObeya enables high transparency and efficiency of all relevant information. Smart working and and Visual Management go together, of course this trend was also boosted by the Covid 19 pandemic.
What do you dislike about iObeya?
Some users missing the possibility of versioning or archiving content. At the moment boards can be exported and saved on a drive as a backup.
When using the app on a smartboard it can happen that the response time in ink-mode is a bit slow.

Compared to physical meetings and workshops colleagues are always up to date because iObeya can be accessed at any time and motivates to collaborate on a certain use case.
There are much more options to highlight issues and next steps faster than in real live.

Il est simple d'utilisation.
Après 2 an d'utilisation, tout fonctionne très bien. L‘équipe Iobeya est toujours présente pour ces utilisateurs.

Les inconvénients sont là complexité d'intégration des outils. Une formation sur les étendus de l'outil serait nécessaire pour améliorer l'expérience iobeya et développer ça dans nos entreprises.

Il remonte l'information très rapidement. Il nous permet de piloter notre production. La production est améliorations grâce à la remonter d'informations au sein des équipes.
