The craft plugin allows users to sync their Sketch boards directly to InVision to easily (for the most part) update and manage artboards. We're moving to a new design program soon that is more all-inclusive and I'm excited to try that one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is polite but very slow to resolve tickets, InVision can be quite slow and buggy, it adds an extra step (sometimes extra steps) vs a program that has prototyping within it, the UX/UI of the program could be improved (i.e. creating work spaces, saved preferences, filters, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the user-friendly interface that allowed me to design UIs for various devices. The readily available customer service is also great. The ability to produce wirefram has helped me in my prototypes too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had issues with the client version of the application. It usually has errors saving the files, but the web version is great and I really appreacite the readily available customer support on account of any problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a couple of things actually -
1. Easy to use interface. Very clean and intuitive.
2. The relative ease of sharing the mock screens and prototypes via links with my team and others.
3. The usability in general is pretty awesome. It's also available on mobile so that's a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't many complaints regarding Invision but there are definitely some nit-picks worth mentioning. I would definitely love the ability to explain my app flow using some sort of a site map that isn't available right now. Also, I would love it if there could be better connectivity between my design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD that would allow me to make real-time updates to my site's screens. For me, there are a few things that InVision does best-
1. Simple stitching for UI screens. Anyone without experience can come on the app and build a prototype. It's that simple.
2. Great way to collaborate and get feedback. For me, InVision was a platform to test my design ideas with users and stakeholders. Stakeholders and teammates can easily browse designs and leave comments. And, these comments, can be resolved, replied to...
3. InVision board was another nice tool that I used within the subscription. It helps create moodboards and collate ideas.
4. Maintaining a UI project is easy and one can create sections as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I faced multiple issues with InVision -
1. The new interface overhaul that InVision did, broke the design and usability. I wish they had not done that. Ever since they did it, I have left using the product and shifted to another competitive product.
2. With the new design change, the share capability became 2 steps longer and difficult to share with people without InVision account.
3. Another big problem that I often face is that it used to log me out after every week or two. And, logging process of InVision also is not so great. Once, you log in, you have to navigate again to find the recent projects that you are working on.
4. No plugin for XD and Figma.
Lastly, I think InVision shouldn't try to get into screen creation space. There are already better tools out there so they should rather invest effort in facilitating other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Invision helps to create mock ups easily.Easy for anyone to use.It allows to try multiple design solution before delivering the actual mocks ups for the projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only the performance I don't like in invision.Multiple projects can be created and n number of mock ups can be uploaded but if the count of mock ups in a particular space is more than 1000 for example it takes a lot of time to open the space.Sometimes opening a single mock up takes a lot of time . Performance needa improvement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The prototyping experience is at par with some of the most popular tools out there today. In some situations, it stands out even further regarding the flexibility InVision provides. This is the reason why I consider the prototyping experience of InVision the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of certain features that are prevalent in almost all popular designing tools today is a bit baffling. However, InVision tends to outperform its prototyping abilities - which is why I'd like to suggest diversification of design tools - and sticking to InVision just for the prototyping aspect. The Easy to add UI controls make it easy for the designer without a tech background to create beautiful wireframes.
The ability to add flows to the wireframe gives the product an excellent idea of how the application would work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have loved it if the final wireframes could be deployed/hosted somewhere and open as an app/website for a broader section of the team to experience and provide feedback on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's simple. Clients can easily learn how to annotate designs with changes they'd like to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that there was a better way to communicate that the designs are best display on desktop rather than mobile, and that they are images, not functional websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
InVision was one of the first in its class of software. I really like that it is web-based which makes it accessible to many people beyond those that would have to install a desktop app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that it's a web-app makes it a little cumbersome to use and perhaps fully maximize. We are slowly moving over to adobe xd and are much happier with the workflow and software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is nice how prototypes hotspots are created; they are intuitive with nice default animations. Also, like a lot how mobile designs are contained in a device by default, that avoids the need to put devices templates in design files, make it more small size files and easy to share. I really dislike how hard it is to update design files when a project is already created; you have to be very careful to choose the exact files that changed, in other platforms like Adobe XD prototypes, you just have to click a button, and it's done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
