I cannot find what to blame except their cloud storage system. There should be ways to amend the saved videos instead of starting again from crash. Though it is not expensive as many other alternatives, Biteable for instance, there should be basic plans without watermark, at least for educational use, and for a limited length. false advertising with paid version not including any invideo branding, when sending a video as a link, invideo includes an additional thumbnail branded invideo and a hyperlink to their website. this confusses the recipient and makes them click the thubnail, sending them to invideo website as apposed to the video clip you are sharing.

In addition, after creating a promt and the video is created, it adds in way too many pics and videos, almost a seperate one for each sentence in the script. BUT NO WAY TO DELETE THEM! this is crazy as it makes the video useless and cluttered with way too many pics/videos.

They released this way too soon without any testing, and have made some clearly huge mistakes. Shame on you Invideo.

What I liked was the lifetime subscription until that became irrelevant, when what I was told turned out to be false information about it including the invideo Ai, portrayed by their support staff, when I first purchased the lifetime subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deceptive business practices. Be extremely cautious if considering a purchase from InVideo. When I bought my lifetime plan from them, I was explicitly told it included lifetime access to their new product, InVideo AI. This turned out to be misleading. InVideo AI is, in fact, a separate product requiring its own subscription and the purchase of additional credits. This deceptive practice by InVideo, promoting one product but requiring separate purchases for another, is a serious concern. It shows a lack of transparency and integrity, leading to a complete loss of trust in their business practices. I'm writing this review to share our deeply frustrating experience with InVideo. While the platform itself may seem promising, the disappointments we faced due to their team's lackluster support have left us utterly dissatisfied. Major challenges faced by us:

1. The quota of downloads never refreshes for us and when it's more than a month we face difficulty in downloads.

2. When reached to them, every time ask for purchase records, being a tech company we expect them to have all the records intact

3. At first they try to stall you that oh you might have consumed the refreshed data, but when you show them the count they finally refresh it.
