"Stock management - order and purchases control"

What do you like best about Inventoria?

Perfect to keep the inventory management and the stock control in order. Access is possible from everywhere. Good solution to keep the stock control always under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inventoria?

Maybe the order and item check and the scan of the products could be beeter. Reports are more difficult to "read" since the new update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The viewing of the items which you are currently selling is a very intuitive tool - shows the whole process status and helps to be on time when you check the stock of your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inventoria solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monitoring the stock of the company. Order and shipping process control, plus the management of the invoicing that we control with a other software but the datasheet can be downloaded and uploaded there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well, not excellent"

What do you like best about Inventoria?

It has a web version, it also allows access from wherever you are. It is also easy to configure and has an adequate basic report. What allows me to have two or the interface that I prefer according to my needs

What do you dislike about Inventoria?

It has very little customization according to the requirements of the company. The web version has many differences in options compared to the installable version.

That the web version and the installed version are more similar and that the interaction with the rest of their software is better.

What problems is Inventoria solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inventory management: it allows me to keep track of the exits and entries of inventory, characteristics and times of entry and exit of each one, as well as the different references that I need when I have control of them.

"Great application but with room for improvement"

What do you like best about Inventoria?

It has good options for inventory management but when you want to use the software in different operating systems you notice differences in software that should be the same, there are also many differences in whether it is in Spanish or English and the web tool of the program is very restricted

Tiene buenas opciones para el manejo de inventario pero al momento de querer usar el software en distintos sistemas operativos se notan diferencias en un software que deberia ser igual, tambien hay muchas diferencias en si es en español o en ingles y la herramienta web del programa esta muy restringido Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inventoria?

That there is no good manual for use and configuration the manuals only show basic things and most of it is necessary to learn it by trial and error, another thing that bothers me is that they do not have a way to make backup of the whole system to move it of equipment because if I am damaged a computer twice in a year I can not reactivate the system

Que no existe un buen manual para uso y configuracion los manuales solo muestran cosas basicas y la mayor parte es necesario aprenderla por ensayo y error, otra cosa que me molesta es que no tienen una forma de hacer respaldo del sistema entero para moverlo de equipo porque si se me daña un equipo dos veces en un año no puedo volver a activar el sistema

I needed a multi-company system because I am an accountant and I have several clients and being a web enabled me to enter from any computer in my clients' offices
