Intuit QuickBooks is very simple to use even if someone is not a professional accountant. You just have to do an entry of expense or anything else and Inuit QuickBooks will place it according to its nature and I love this. It's implementation is very smooth as you just have to enter your company details and it will do rest of the settings by itself. I use it on regular bases for managing invoices, tracking expenses, and running reports—it really covers a lot of ground with its features.
