What do you like best about Intuit ProConnect Tax?

The most helpful tool in ProConnect is the import hub to import tax documents like W-2s to include this income in the most streamlined way. I also like the option to upload supporting tax information in the documents section for each year. This helps to store client information in a secure and organized way. What do you dislike about Intuit ProConnect Tax?

The least helpful thing in ProConnect is the inability to categorize importing documents to match the correct section. An example is uploading 1099s and having ProConnect actually include it in the specific category to which it belongs to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
