What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I like how user-friendly it is. Even as I’m still figuring out all the advanced tools, I can easily create professional-looking emails, manage subscriber lists, and track performance. The templates and drag-and-drop editor save a lot of time, and the reports give me a quick overview of what’s working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Some advanced automation settings and analytics can be a bit complex for new users. It takes time to get familiar with segmentation logic and how to fully personalize campaigns. Also, the cost can increase as your contact list grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I canceled my Mailchimp account, but I was still charged four months later on my credit card. I immediately emailed about it, and somehow we were “re-signed up” — then canceled again — but they still didn’t return our money.

What makes it worse is their “support” for billing is basically nonexistent. You can’t call anyone for payment issues. You’re forced to fill out a form and then wait while someone might respond in 3–4 days. Meanwhile, they already took your money.

This feels scammy and unethical. If you value transparent billing and real customer support, AVOID THEM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
